    I’ve had a 60in Vizio in my living room since 2007. Picture quality is so good that I’m getting another vizio for my bedroom! No complaints whatsoever! Also I want to thank the manager at the Utica location Best Buy for his help!! I will only shop at this location from now on!

    I saw this tv on Black Friday some one returned it. It called out to me and I purchased it. The videos on the display in store much different that actual video at home. Had to adjust to that. For the money great tv. I usually stay away from Vizio but this one called my name.

    It says 120 hz 240 motion rate but doesn’t even come close to that maybe almost 120 but definitely not 240. The store itself though was great. They helped me carry the tv out and load it up and just a very convenient way to order.

    While being labeled an entry level, this TV does everything I need it to do. It is not my first Vizio so I am wondering if it will last longer than 5 years like my first unit. That is for sure a big downside to Vizio.

    Had this TV for a couple of weeks now and it's a great TV for the price. 4k video is amazing. Only con is the black shading on some material is blotchy. All in all its a good TV with a lot of features.

    I love the TV. The color is great. Was not hard to install. I am still getting to know the different features. I discovered yesterday that I can connect my cell phone to the TV. I am loving it.

    My son is using this for his gaming consoles. He says its working really well. The image is not as sharp as it was in the Best Buy store but that might be because something is not set up right.

    Overall happy to have a nice tv in the living room. My issue is the user experience. Some TVs you can download apps like Netflix, HBO, etc directly to the device. With this TV Netflix is installed but I cannot install HBO Now. In order to watch HBO I have to install the app on to my phone, then google chrome cast it to the T.V. this might be o.k.... except chrome cast doesn't work flawlessly. I wish I would have gotten a TV running android operating system with the Google Play Store and I could install the apps directly and/or cast from my phone... hoping for an update???

    Works alright on WiFi but beware ethernet

    Most people use WiFi these days, but if you’re trying to use this as a project monitor for professional use, I would look elsewhere. Vizio customer service told me I couldn’t do things that were built right into the system menu. Things like turning DHCP off and setting a static IP address. Routine and easy things for anyone somewhat versed in networks. If you run into a snag... they’re almost useless. There’s a specific way you have to set the TV up over Ethernet or its buggy. Believe me I’ve bought about 10 of these. And their so fragile it’s hard to ship them. Beware!

    TV picture was above average overall but tv had a burning smell coming from back of tv.Returned tv to dealer 3 days later and upgraded to Samsung 7 series.

    Bought this tv awhile ago and its still working well. No problems at all with the operating system. One star taken off because sometimes the dark screens get a little muddy.

    Not a bad budget tv. There is better out there. Darks are not so good with shadowing Have had to soft boot it several times. Built in Chrome cast is not as good as a the solo unit.

    This tv started out good, but at times would shut off on its own with no timer set. The smartcard has to be reset regularly. Would have chosen a different brand.

    The TV kept shutting off and back on the day after I purchased it. I returned the TV to Best Buy and was told I bought a did. They then replaced it with the same model and no problems since.

    Have bought VIZIO brand TV's in the past and have been very happy. The picture clarity is excellent. Products last many years. First smart tv, but I'm sure we will be very happy and will have a good experience.

    Love my new Vizio TV. Especially all the preloaded apps that come with it. I can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Free TV with a click of a button. If you are looking for a new TV don't hesitate!

    I love Vizio which is why I chose this TV. The screen and quality are nice. Unfortunately, almost all the apps on the TV do not work. This is extremely disappointing. To the point where I may try and return the TV and go somewhere else. I am a pretty tech savvy person but can't get the apps to work even when properly set up and connected to wifi.

    I have owned Samsung tv’s for years and just thought the Vizio would be a good bedroom tv. It does not measure up to the Samsung for picture quality and operation.
