    I am very disappointed with this "Smart TV". This is the first and last time I ever buy a TV or other tech gadget without doing more research. I admit that this was an impulse buy. We wanted a less featured TV for our patio, but I had no idea how bad it was going to be. This TV "requires" a tablet or phone to make it "SMART". There are no apps on the TV - only SmartCast. Plus it will not stay connected to my wireless network, I even moved the access point within 6' of it. I make my living in the tech field and this stupid TV has exhausted my patience. It's going back.

    We had to make an unplanned purchase of a television and were understandably frustrated. However, once we brought the Vizio home and set it up, it has been a real treat. The color is great and the updated features make it a great value.

    That said I’m not a big fan of the remote. And I really dont care for the app option. The legs look cheap so ideally hang it on a wall. But all in all decent quality for the money spent.

    Is great resolution but only gave it 4 stars cuz it doesn’t have the antenna plug in to watch local tv, so if trying to cut the cable you have to spend extra money in a convertible box Wich i’m Not happy about, other wise it have 5 stars

    Only rated 3 stars because I was told this had HDR. It doesn't. You can use a TV box that supports HDR or the PS4 original and PS4 pro. Very easy to set up. Only 3 stars because of no native hdr

    Easy to set up, easy to use with my other devices and services. No problems noticed yet, except the pixels are slow to load when streaming but that might have more to do with my internet service provider? Otherwise TV works great.

    We really enjoy the TV. The only minor issue we have is that, intermittently, one half of the screen goes dark on startup. Power off and back on usually fixes it on the first attempt. So, while not perfect, we can certainly live with it.

    I purchased the tv as an open box product . All parts and accessories were there and it worked out fine. This is my first 4K ultra uhd to own and I really cant see a big difference from my 1080. I am very happy with my purchase though.

    When I purchased this, I was looking for a smart tv. I guess you have to stream the apps from your phone to the tv. Either way, it wasn't explained to me right so I returned it the same day. The picture quality was good though!

    Got this on. Black Friday and wow is it awesome. I do alot of 4k video editing and this really makes my videos look fantastic!very pleased with the vizio smartcast options! Would buy again!

    This TV isn't the best out there but it's pretty good for the price you're paying. I wish you could add apps to the SmartCast screen so that you didn't have to rely on something else to cast up to the TV for things like HBO.

    My only disappointment because delivery would be 7 days, I changed my order to picked it up, but now can't find a place that takes the broken tv. I wanted to pay the $14.99 for haul away and drop it off...Best Buy said no

    I am disappointed in product. I am reluctant to call Geek Squad. I brought my computer in to store and was definitely NOT impressed with service. So have not called on TV. Seems everything is the users fault/ problem.

    Remote setup worked. Visio app did not work with IOS hardware. Wireless internet linked for remote, but does not with the provided app. Features I was expecting to explore were not available because of the link failure.

    The TV set works exactly as advertised. I wanted to be able and have the head phones connected and be able to control the volume of the headphones and the TV set independently and it works fine. I can have both volumes up or one off and the other on. It works very well.
