Overall the picture is fantastic. My biggest concern is you cannot just broadcast any internet to the tv like other sets. This one only allows it through specific apps.

Since my last post was deleted... Why was this advertised to have HDR 11 days ago? I bought under the assumption that it had HDR and now the ad has been changed to show that it does not have HDR?! March 24, 2017

Great customer service in the home theatre department of the store on catus and Tatum in paradise valley, Az. I purchased a great Apple TV that was shipped and delivered within two days, and my new smart tv and mount go perfectly with my new living arangements!

It’s a good size and the quality is good also but anytime the internet is turned off it makes you sign on idk why it doesn’t recognize the network and password. Also the volume isn’t that great

I have had this tv for about 6 weeks, so far I like it alright. It is a good deal for the money. I am not sure about the difference for 4k, but I wanted a bigger tv in general so this works.

It's a great TV, but every now and then it has little issues. Sometimes the wifi fails and the TV has to be reset. Sometimes it just randomly reboots. Overall it performs well.

Had trouble getting new TV to work; contacted the Geek Squad to respond and help get it working. They showed up and had it working in minutes and explained the operation in detail.

I gave it 4 stars because I had to return it due to color issues (black shadows on faces) Best Buy was really good about the return and gave me a new Vizio TV.

I walked into Best Buy to take a look at their 4k TVs and stumbled across one in the open box area, and it was such a good deal! A Vizio 55” HDR 4k tv. I was super happy, and just confirms my love for Best Buy and their open boxes lol

Was looking for a budget tv with decent features and this one delivers. It !at not have the best picture quality but its way up there and comes with all the major streaming apps built-in, including chromecast. Highly recommended.

The picture was very pixelated. It was worst when the picture was dark, so night scenes, shaded areas, the pixelation made it difficult to watch. Returned the TV 3 days later.

I have this TV connected to a Samsung BD HTS and the TV's volume up turns up the HTS volume but not down, so I just use the BD player remote instead of the nicely simplified TV remote.

Great picture quality.. have to get use to using phone app instead of remote. Should be a convinence but not w small children in the house.

I was skeptical of purchasing this tv since it wasn't new and missing stand, remote and instructions. But tv was looked over by the GEEK SQUAD. I so purchased a warrenty. So far ir exceeds my expectations.

Works seemlessly with the rest of my equipment right out of the box. Google home and casting from anyone's phone. I can turn on the TV by casting to it. Also with the Apple TV remote. Its a pretty good setup. Great overall

Excited about it when i saw it in a store, bought it, picture quality was ok but the remote was not user friendly! Overall average.

I was browsing deals on the website and saw this model in my local store. It was priced in my range so I borrowed a large vehicle and bought it. After some trouble with the internet connection continually dropping, it works great.

Good TV. Had a picture issue half of the screen was slightly darker. Reset it to factory settings and it has been fine since. Takes a little getting used to the smartcast app

Excellent tv for the price. Thin and light weight. Apps work great but you can only access YouTube thru a smart phone as the in-TV app doesn’t let you browse.

This TV is the finest I have ever had...4K and Ultra is really special and the installation was really great by Geek Squad..
