    One of the only brand of tv that I really don't have a problem with, only thing about this tv is the apps or smart tv aspect of it is not as good as others.

    This is not for the beginner colors are off and not easy to use .awe returned and spent the extra money and got a Samsung worth every dime more

    TV looks great , however it does not have a smart hub menu. You have to download an app to use smart features. Depends on what youre looking for.

      Thank you for your feedback. To better serve users who prefer a more traditional app experience, SmartCast TV is now starting to roll out to our SmartCast Home Theater Displays. SmartCast TV makes apps accessible directly from the display as well as adding multimedia functionality to the USB port. This update will download automatically to your display if it’s connected to the internet and let you know with an onscreen message when it’s downloaded. Once the update has been downloaded simply press the ‘Input’ button on your VIZIO remote control, and choose the input labeled ‘SmartCast’. VIZIO

    Averall great deal but it lacks a lot of smart features. I guess for the price you can't expect the same as a set costing a grand.

    Its a nice Tv but in the description it says its bluetooth and it won't connect bluetooth for. Chromecast is nice on it.

    Nice TV but will never buy an open box item again. Geek squad has been out twice to fix the set and we are still having trouble

    The t.v. work fine as far as image wise but it's just sometimes it loses Chromecast connection while watching a show.

    Tv sizes are a joke. They don’t run true to size so u are always paying for smaller than what is listed

      Thank you for your reivew. Some information that may help you is that flat screen TV sizes, like computer monitors, are measured on a diagonal from one corner to the opposite corner. This is done as the aspect ratio is different than older CRT displays. VIZIO

    While is says 120hz, it's not really. I have had to unplug twice now because the one half of the tv's led goes dark! I like and dislike the cast features. Great for YouTube, it would be great if netflix could tell that the TV is 4k so it would stream at that. Options are basically controlled by your phone, dislike. Not a fan of this at all! Get another TV people.

    This was a low cost alternative to a Samsung or the like. The picture was not that good, the colors were off, no matter what I tried. After about 5 weeks, one side of the screen was darker than the other and the whole screen would go dark at times. Even when working right, you could just tell the picture was not right. Spend the extra $200 and get a Samsung.

    At certain times of day, in certain light and with the right programming playing this tv looked great. But then the colors wouldn't be right or it couldn't keep up with the show and would be blurry. I could almost always adjust the picture and get it good enough, but that's not what I was looking for in a new tv. Returned and upgraded.
