I am very pleased with this TV and the HDR feature makes for a much better picture. The smart device that comes with the TV is also a very cool feature/device. Overall, for the money and features, this is an incredible buy.

I am coming from a 1080p set and compared to that it is amazing how much better the picture quality is. Between support for both types of HDR and the flawless 4k resolution it's hard to beat at this price range.

Vizio Series M has been described as a best value because of the price savings and picture compared with bigger name products. I'm very pleased with the picture and features, and appreciate the savings I know I have.

We love the picture on this screen. Fast refresh rate. 4K. Sound is decent, pretty much what you get with other tvs. You can't use amazon video with the chrome cast so you will need another device for that. And also another device to hook up an antenna which we did need. Wish it had a digital tuner in it but for the price and other features we are happy with it. Chrome cast can be a pain but not terrible. Kids love the tablet remote it comes with.

So for the price the vizio m series is the best for a tv a little easier on the wallet...ive been Samsung and LG loyal for a long time but as time has progressed tech gets cheaper and easier...the m series is vizio's second best line-up their flagship being the p-series but to for the person who can't justify the higher prices for the marginal differences to the eye this one is great...the tech stats are up there with other brands but comes in at a third less in price...this model does 4k and uhd ...only thing that might affect some peoples decision is that there is no internal d-tv tuner and it is built to mostly be controlled via tablet or smart phone..neither issue affects me so I went for it and am happy I did.

it was so easy to set up and the picture quality is first class. we are so happy with the picture and its brightness and am amazed to get such a quality tv for such a good price.

This is a great TV. The picture is awesome! Super easy to set up. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking at getting a UHD TV. There are no negatives to this item.

I purchased this TV for my guest room. The TV picture quality is excellent. It has A lot of features. It offers chromecast for streaming and more. Definitely worth the money.

Overall I am pleased with the tv and picture. I do think it leaves a little to be desired from the audio. We do not have a surround sound set up and so we are just using the speakers on the TV. Some movies are very low and hard to hear. I am not sure if that is because they are on a 5.1 surround set up but we can't hear them well and have to turn up the tv to 75! Normal viewing works on around 25.

This is a great TV with a great picture! Would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a decent priced 4K TV with HDR!

The TV is beautiful to watch, but it does require some getting used to if you've never used Cast. Also, it does not play nicely with Amazon Prime Streaming, though there is a workaround. (You can use the Amazon Video app and cast the entire mobile screen, but you can't put the mobile device to sleep.) That said, for Netflix, HBO NOW, YouTube, Spotify, Pandora (and more), it works amazingly well.

Was tv shopping and having a previous vizio that never gave me a problem I went back with the brand. Since I haven't shop for a tv in so long I found out quick what having no tuner mean. I was buying this tv for my basement room i.e. Man cave and was not hooking the cable from up stairs but using open broadcast so I had to buy a tuner box and antenna for it. The remote is something you have to get use too, however with a tablet and smart cast app you can navigate through the menu. Overall I am satisfied and love the tv. I was first getting the 65 inch however I received a good deal on the 55inch and have no regrets

Picture quality is great, it's a tv for my mom so the fancy tablet remote is a little confusing for her and the small normal remote could be improved , because if you lose the tablet remote the normal remote can't really control everything about the tv but other than those things it's a great tv

TV has an amazing picture! Definitely the clearest picture I've ever seen, but I've had a few problems. The backlight went out on it after 6 months, but since it was under warranty they replaced it free of charge. Since I've gotten the second TV, which was a returned TV, the streamcast function doesn't work consistently. Other then those flaws, the TV is great!

You really need the one with OLED. Forget about the little tablet that comes with it. It’s a gimmick. Total piece of garbage that tablet.

I love how smartcast has its own channel, also it’s geeat if you play Xbox or any game system there are at least 4 hdmi plug ins which is great for an all around tv that is used for movies, tv, games and music. Have never regretted this purchase.

I was wanting a new larger tv for my apartment and this one was presented to me in the store as a good tv for a good price. The key piece of information that was neglected to be shared was that this is not a tv but instead more of a high tech display screen. Except for power and volume, it does not have any of the same functions of a regular tv. Everything has to be "projected" or "cast" to the screen from a tablet remote control. Furthermore, while it has a USB input and can recognize some USB thumb drives there is not an interactive menu to explore the connected device; instead it auto-plays the files stored on the external drive. Also it would not recognize my external hard drive (1.5 TB Samsung HDD). Overall the device was a very well designed product that produced stunning pictures with great detail, clarity, and color/contrast; however it should not be advertised as a tv as it is not a tv but actually just a display screen, much akin to a computer display.

Great tv with an amazing 4K picture with a price that's not going to break the bank! The tablet remote was an added feature that is pretty cool.

Great TV & picture, but sometimes disconnects from WiFi, and doesn’t alwasys have timely updates for streaming apps. Would be more convenient to have access to more apps within the TV platform, not just the ones sponsored or chosen by Vizio (rather than having to use a tablet/phone/streaming device for everything, i.e. HBOnow).
