This monitor has the best color I have ever had. The ease of getting all my apps such as Netflix or Hulu is wonderful.

This is the worst television I have ever purchased. I purchased this television in January 2018. It began malfunctioning in February. It began by the screen going black but the volume staying on when I turned the TV on. At first it was sporadic and progressively got worse to the point it was every time I turned the TV on. When I called Vizio their solution was to send me out a refurbished TV. Which is weird because I remember buying a new TV for $600, not a refurbished one. It took 10 days for delivery. Let's just say the delivery people didn't look like model citizens, and it blows my mind that Vizio would contract with a delivery company with employees with this appearance/attitiude. The took my old T.V. and remote. Then un-wrapped the re-furbished TV and remote. It was easy to see the remote was not a smart TV remote like the one I purchased with the TV. It isn't even possible to navigate through the TV with this remote. The delivery company was insistent that they had to take my old remote. So I was left with a refurbished TV and a remote that I cannot use to for the TV. When i called Vizio to inform them that I was given a remote that I can not use with the refurbished TV. I was told they will mail me a remote in 7-10 business days. Really? So I bought a new TV, I ended up with a refurbished TV and a remote that doesn't work, and the best that can be done is a remote delivery in 7-10 days, not next day? Vizio is an absolute joke. An over priced inferior product to pretty much anything on the market. Your better off trying to build your own TV. You don't have any experience manufacturing televisions? That's okay it seems neither does Vizio. If you do decide to go with Vizio ask for the manager Harley in the customer service dept. He'll fix ya right up

I replaced a plasma tv with this LED, and I was totally amazed by the picture. It exceeded my expectations.
