Great TV, Remote is not very good

Setup can be tricky too. Follow it to the letter or you will be calling customer support like I had too. I have had it for 1 year now and am very satisfied.

Excellent value - and much better than TCL P55
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally bought the TCL P55 based on the rave reviews and the $100 cheaper price compared to Vizio M55. After several days of calibrating the TCL in various ways, I returned it for the following reasons: unacceptable whitening in the corners in dark scenes, and darkening in corners in light scenes. Distortion in some shades of red and yellow, and Blu-Ray playback being no better than on my 5 year old TV I'm replacing. Spend the extra $100 - this TV has none of these issues.

Highly Recommend this product to anyone looking to save on a Tv for any reason!

Died within 4 hours of use

It was a great deal and I just want to exchange it but Best Buy support has been absolutely terrible. I've been on the phone for hours and every person I talk to says something completely different. All I want is an even exchange. Hopefully, it was just a defective TV and the new one will be fine, just do NOT buy it at Best Buy. If you have a problem, Best Buy customer service is awful to deal with.

Great Spare Room TV!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV on November 25th of 2017 and today, January 25,2018 the wireless died completely. All of my other wireless devices in the room work fine, including an Amazon Fire TV plugged into one of the HDMI ports, but the set's wireless is gone.Also, I am past the time where I can return it for a refund so I am stuck with this piece of garbage. The only upside is that I bought a 2 year Geek Squad contract and they are coming out next week, hopefully lto fix it.The long and short of it is I should have bought the Samsung I was looking at, but since I have three other Vizio TVs that seem to work OK, I thought I would try their so called "Smart Cast."..Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Defective set, QC issues, questionable service.

I don’t say this because the tv was defective, as that can happen with any brand. But it would appear that Vizio has many complaints of bad customer service after their their products have failed. Look up ” Vizio tv can’t be repaired” or “Vizio throw away Tv’s” and you’ll see what I mean.
