Excellent value for a quality picture for less than $1,000. Must add separate speakers, At this price, the built in speakers are lack luster.

We have owned this television for less than a year and have had to make multiple service requests. For starters, the sound goes in and out; no rhyme or reason. You'll be watching something and Boom, silence until it decides it wants to work again or you power cycle the TV. Service 1: they replaced the Mother Board. Next issue is that the SMART (HA) Cast only works when it wants to. You cannot use the television half the time unless you have a Roku/Amazon/Chromecast hooked up to it, because the SmartCast never works. Service 2: they replaced the Mother Board. Guess who's television is now cutting out with sound AND not being able to use the television because SmartCast is not working. Just don't buy this model...

We purchased this TV as a economical option for our sitting room. The color is great for the price but the processor speed has quite a lag. We upgraded our router to Nighthawk AX12 to see if that would fix the lag issue but its a TV hardware issue.

This is my first Vizio TV. The picture is amazing and really sharp on both 1080 and 4k. I will definitely be getting another vizio TV after this one.

Easy set up. Amazing picture for the price:-) Wish there was one more HDMI port:-(

I bought this TV as a update to my 2010 vizio. Picture is great, looks great, definitely recommend for some looking for a mid range TV with high end look.

Great TV. We love having Netflix and all our favorite apps right at a button touch instead of having to use our phones or laptops. The picture is beautiful.

Great 4k tv with real HDR. Not as good as other very expensive models, but this is the king of cheap 4k TVs.

Since Geek Squad did not take the time to set up picture I had to try to do it but found the choices very overwhelming. I still am not happy with quality of picture from channel to channel. The sound comes from rear of screen and is pretty awful. I suppose they will tell me to purchase a sound bar.

Look through all different brand. Vizio have a good picture quality and decent price. It is a no brainer to choose vizio over other brand.

Great quality. Love all the smart features. Does freeze once in a while where I have to disconnect it and plug the power in. I think it has to do with updates. Doesn’t happen often but I’ve read that it’s happened with some models here and there. Other than that, great buy for the price.

To all the first time Vizio buyers out there, here is my story: I purchased the M-558 last year through Best Buy's Geek Squad which came recommended (buying it through Best Buy was probably the first mistake). The TV got delivered, I paid extra to get it  professionally mounted, turns out after a few weeks that the TV was broken. The TV would miraculously turn itself on even when nobody else was at the house (yes, I replaced the batteries and, no, it's unlikely that my neighbors secretely turned it on as one Vizio representative suggested). After multiple calls with Vizio customer support, an hour long remote trouble shoot session, Vizio sent a technician. He replaced the main board but the TV keeps turning itself on and, after more phone calls with Vizio, I was ready for Vizio to pick up the TV up and give me a refund. However, that wasn't a possibility according to Vizio and the only option was to replace the old television with a brand new version of the exact same model. Ok, that sounded fair and I agreed. The replacement TV was delivered. Turns out that the replacement TV is not the exact same model that I had bought initially but a refurbished, old model from 2018, in a different color. A completely different TV that shouldn’t have been send to me.  I'm ready to cut my losses and I am going back and forth with Vizio about returning the TV against a full refund. Thought that was fair after all the time I spent with them trouble shooting including taking time off of work for technician and delivery. A refund remains no option to Vizio and the only thing they offered is to replace the replacement TV. Meanwhile, Best Buy's Geek Squad, where I originally purchased the TV from, doesn't want to have anything to do with the process and keeps referring me to Vizio's hotline. It's been a bad experience throughout the entire process. 

TV works and looks amazing! I wish more built in streaming options were available as you have to rely on Vizio to install them.

I had this tv for a little over 1 year. Haven't had any problems with it. Nice picture like all of the Vizio tvs I've had.

Love the colors this tv produces. Was going to get a Samsung Qled but saved hundreds with this tv. Smart features are great and glad I got this.

I've never been sold on Vizio before but their new line of Quantum TV's are really solid. I purchased this on sale so the value was really great.

Visio is not a good tv brand lines shoot across the screen and then the tv would just turn off do not recommend ever

This is a fantastic tv in all aspects. After our old tv had an issue this tv immediately caught me eye and I haven’t regretted my purchase.

I bought this hoping it would help me see the picture. I have sight issues and until now pictures were still fuzzy but this is much clearer.

For the price you can't go wrong it has Rich darks and decent brightness can't go wrong would recommend getting a cheap sound bar though
