It was delivered and set up by the Geek Squad. It worked fine for a few days but then started to turn off on it's own and then later on turn back on. I went back to Best Buy they were very sorry and we're offering too replace. They checked their stock but there were no Vizios in stock. They gave me a choice of a TCL series 6 a better unit then I bought . They set it up and it works fine. I am happy with the new unit and commend Best Buy on the way they handled this.

I wanted a tv for bedroom so it didn’t have to be ultra crisp but needed the smart capabilities. Happy with purchase

Only problem is that it’s a bit slow when navigating through the main menu (likes writing from Netflix to YouTube and so on)
