It took two hours. the delay cost me 100 usd extra as I used a courrier company for the pick up. Second-I bopught TV "Open box - satisfactory" - it was not satisfactory at all. There was no remote for the TV, no power cable, no tv stand legs, no packaging, not even plastic cover for the TV. The lock down due to K-19 causes problems to all of us but...this was a little too much.

Posted .Hi Graffitibg, Our apologies that your TV didn't come with the power cord and accessories. If you purchased it from a 3rd party re seller, it's possible that something happened to remove the accessories that was outside of our control. That being said, if you could contact our customer service team at 855-833-3221 we'd be happy to see if we can get you some accessories.

My 50” is a P-Series HD LED w/240MHz. Got at CostCo. now P-Series is only 65” + 75”. So the M-Series is the “sweet spot” just below the P-Series but much above the E, D & V-Series in performance, just go check out the reviews. The QLED just blows away the HD LEDs.
