YouTube Doesnt work going on 2 mos, casting iffy.

I had 2 requirements, 55in and it be a Vizio as my last one was great. Big mistake. Apps, notably YouTube, volume mutes out and needs to be toggled on and of each clip/episode. My TV is 4mos old. I complained in Nov and was told with certainty it would be fixed by 12/17/19. It failed. Im now being told to check back in another month for another update. I was told its not the tv thats defective, just the service, and wont refund or replace. Was told replacement set might not work either. Why are they selling sets even more sets that dont work then? Also, casting via airplay and chromecast often times out. They did replace mother board and I havnt tried casting since. The picture is fine and the reps pleasant, but cant help. The worst purchase of my life.

Vizio 4k HDR M558-G1

Very happy I stuck with Vizio, it is a tremendous value brand. The smart interface for the apps is a bit slow but, not enough to give it any less of a rating. Keep it up Vizio.

Horrible

I purchased three televisions one 65’ and two 55’ and they all turn on and off after the returnable date big surprise. I’ll come home and the tv’s will be on after I’ve been out all day. lol be watching tv and it will turn off and it takes several minutes for it to turn back on. Horrible product is all I can say.

Beautiful picture

I will say a smart TV is not good for everyone. The screen has went black twice. Second time I had no picture or sound. Not sure what caused this. It's fixed thankfully.

Good tv

Unless your tv broadcaster is sending out a 4k signal it doesnt matter what tv you get. Why pay so much more for a tv that is so close in quality (to the eye) to this one?

Sound quit working

After a month or two the sound would go out on it and it would randomly turn itself off. We tried to get it fixed with the warranty but one of the parts never came in. We liked the tv other than that but it was extremely frustrating.

Great quality

This doesn't happen on our other TV in the basement! Best BuyTech didn't know how to fix it nor did the cable guy.

A decent TV at a decent price

The viewing angle isn't he best with colors getting washed out is you are looking at it from the side. It also has banding issues. Picture clarity is sharp and films look quite good. A perfectly fine TV if you aren't a stickler for the best possible experience.

Vizo TV

The feature set on this model is the best of its class. 90 local dimming zones, 4K, Watchfree *I didn’t think I would really use this, but I really do*. Apple airplay, and Chromecast built-in.

I went with this instead of P series. I cannot geta good crisp picture for the life of me. Maybe its my expectations. My old tv was an OLED. Im kind of disappointing and thinking of returning it
