I read the reviews, the price was right and WALLA! I've had this TV for about 3 1/2 weeks and ail is well so far.

Dead 6 days past return

It died just six days past the 15 day return/exchange window that BestBuy offers. Maybe that’s why the price went down drastically over the last month or so. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to hear back from Vizio just to get any service started. I was ready to go to a store and exchange it, but customer service said they will not exchange it since it is past the return window.

I really thought i was doing my due diligence we researching tvs. when i landed on this one the biggest selling point was it said it was 120hz. THIS IS FALSE. This tv looks no better than a 1080p 120hz television. The next thing i noticed was the sound sounds like its playing through a tunnel. I immediately felt the need for a sound bar. I really feel like i got duped on this one. I would say if you are looking at any of the "m" series tvs i would bet you dimes to dollars youd get equally as good a picture out of a lower tiered tv. NOT WORTH 500$!
