    This tv is awesome for gaming, movies and streaming. Cable / sports aren't great on it but everything else is awesome.

    Geek squad installed the tv on a wall mount with the cords inside the wall. We are very happy with the tv and the mount. Quality of the tv is excellent.

    The picture quality is amazing and I love you can connect it with google, Alexa and home kit. My tv randomly loses connection to WiFi and I have to power cycle to reconnect.

    It's amazing when it can connect to the internet or even for mirroring my phone screen. Forty percent of the time it doesn't connect. Which doesn't make sense because all my other devices connect perfectly without an issue.

    White & Colored Ribbons/Lines Moving Across Screen

    Like many others that have purchased this Vizio TV, there are white and colored ribbons moving across the screen while watching it. Very distracting. I've tried resetting it, but has no affect, this lines continue...

    Upgraded from the lg 8 series. The image quality is leaps better. Use it for gaming for the PS4 pro. The only con is the sound is weak.

    The "smart" TV interface doesn't always load the selected content and many times will time out. Additionally, when using a external Roku device, the screen will flicker. I've tested the Roku on other TVs with no issue.

      Hi Matt. Sorry that you've got a flicker on your Roku. Did you use the same HDMI cable when you tested the Roku on other TV? It's odd that the TV would only flicker for the roku- and the roku would only flicker on this TV. I know that occasionally HDMI cables can fail- and cause flickering.     The TV is well made. The remote is great and the sound is good. It's not bright at all. I have 1080p televisions that seems more vibrant than this one. I actually wished that I had payed a more money to get a better TV.

    It’s a great tv! Beyond the fact that it is a quality 4K tv, I love that it has the ability to airplay from my IPhone and chromecast.

    The interface is extremely laggy. Everything is delayed when changing inputs or using already installed apps. Also had screen tearing and we have dead pixels after using for under 1 year.

    Replan ed TV with this TV. I wear glasses and can have difficulty watching TV in dim lighting, this TV is a marked improvement.

    I’ve had trouble with this television since I purchased it. It seems to “hang up” and won’t respond to Netflix or Amazon Prime. I called Best Buy and was told it needs to be reset often. So that’s not optimal.

As long as your television is connected to a stable network connection and within an average distance your content should play without and hanging.     Picture is flat - worse than 9 year old plasm

    The picture is really flat. Blacks are gray. People and words are not crisp. The picture is really washed out and you can adjust it back. It also has a small scratch on the screen. We treated it very carefully and kept the protective cover in the screen until it was mounted and hooked up. The other reviews rave about the picture but we are less than impressed. I really thought at this price range it would be at least the same if not better than my 9 year old Samsung Plasma. We wish we would have just kept the old one. I know we are not spending $1k but I really thought it would be better than this.

    Great product. Best Buy convinced me to use credit card to take advantage of deals. NO DEALS. Did not send monthly bill until one month had expired and interest and late bill included. I tore up my card.

    Kinda disappointed with regards to picture quality. Despite being well reviewed, my 2 year old Sony, which died, had a much better picture. Messed around with settings to no avail. Win some, lose more.

Picture quality can differ depending on the environment the TV is in (how much light is in the room) the content you're watching, and personal preference. The first thing we'd recommend is making sure that your devices are connected with HDMI- and set to broadcast to the TV in 4K or HD. After that- you an quickly switch between pre-set picture modes using the PIC button on the remote. You can try 'Calibrated' for 'Vivid' or lighter room, and 'Calibrated' for darker rooms.
