Waste of money

I currently have two, small one in a bedroom and the 55" M series. Smartcast only works half the time causing constant troubleshooting. Cannot screen share on this tv at all as it doesn't show up on my screen share. Yes, I have tried everything. I suggest paying the extra $$ for a superior brand like Samsung or LG.

It's Fantastic and Finicky

A great value and my only complaint is that is has an intermittent habit of turning itself on. Which has created a bit of frustration if I forget to turn off the surge protector power strip. I came back from a four day business trip and have no idea how long my tv had been on the home screen.

Wrong TV and bad sales information

Bought a TV, and was given bad info about the TV and what was included in smart TV. Picture was much worse than described. I already filled out a survey and asked for the manager to call but of course that never happened. I have been a big fan of BB but this experience which nobody seems to care about has been absolutely horrible.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.
