I purchased the Vizio 55" Quantam M with the anticipation of having a clearer picture and better sound than my current 55" Samsung Model 7000 TV. Unfortunately, the Vizio sound quality is lacking and the clarity of the Vizio is not as crisp and clear as the Samsung. I tried adjusting the brightness, tint and backlighting in several different combinations and it still doesn't match the clarity and sharpness as my 6 year old Samsung. The picture is only clear if you're sitting directly in front of the tv, sitting off to the side results in the picture being slightly clouded. I've waited two months since purchasing the TV in order to give it a review.

Great picture quality and color that won’t break the bank

I wasn’t looking to spend a lot of money as I wanted a tv to bring outside. I set it up temporarily inside and was surprised how nice the picture is. I may leave it inside now.

Nice big screen with a very clear picture. Hooked up to the xbox just fine. Havnt used many of the tv feature because weve been using the xbox. But so far no complaints.

Great picture some issues when piggybacking multiple devices like soundbars. But could be the bar and not tv only reason for 4 stars and not 5

It was a pretty decent budget option for gaming. OS was absolutely awful tho. Had to buy a roku device just to watch my streaming seevices

Great color and pic. Lots of free to watch, sound is not bad. Might want to get a sound bar if you want to boost quality or the sound.

This TV has been a very good choice. Very easy to operate, very vibrant and an al togather nice tv.

We were looking to get my son a new tv but decided to get me the new tv and he got my semi new tv. Sine I have nerve damage in my eyes, Visio is the only tv that seems to be good one them. Plus, I had one before the 2 upgrades and loved it. Nothing was wrong with it just needed to upgrade since it was way out of date. We also wanted to give him my Visio since it’s good for the gaming systems.

Good picture and color quality, but the volume on the tv is not very loud. A surround system or speaker bar will fix that, but everything else is great so far!

Great upgrade from my previous Vizio (some 2015 model). The built in tuner works great. People like to gripe about the Vizio app interface but it really isn't all that bad. Easy access to the things that matter most: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc. The picture is great. Super crisp. One small knock: the power cord is just a tad short, especially if you're mounting it and plugging into a floor-height outlet.

This TV is an update from 32-inch Sony TV I bought years ago, which still works. But I wanted to an upgrade for my bedroom. I didn't want to spend too much money on a TV, but I also want to buy good quality TV. I love the fact that it has the 4 HDMI insert and PS5 HDMI 2.1 ready and quality of the picture is good but not phenomenal. It a good everyday affordable TV that gets you that 4k image.
