I purchased this unit to upgrade from a previous model because one of the apps would no longer update. The picture quality is excellent. Very impressed with all that can be done. Adding wireless to the configuration is a plus as well. In addition, I can control the TV with Alexa. Win win all around.

My tv looks great, I can get 4k on it but there are a few small issues 1.) The color tone is set to "Warm" by default instead of normal or cool which works better for daytime watching 2.) Sound could be better, I feel like I'm always adjusting from low volume to higher when watching anime 3*.) For some reason, my gaming computer glitches out or won't display on my tv on anything above 1080p but that could just be my pc's fault

Bought this TV as a replacement for an old one in a bedroom. I am not a fan of LED, but since it will be used mostly at night, PQ is not as washed out as it would be during the day. Set up is simple and took no time at all. Easy navigation to get to apps (Netfix, Amazon, etc). If are to use this as main TV, I recommend OLED.....significant PQ upgrade.

It was easy to “assemble” and put into place. I would have liked to have a little primer included with some basics for how to operate. Also would have liked if the manufacturer made a remote that has an alphabet included (like on a telephone) so when I’m searching I don’t have to click from side to side for every letter. One final thing: the color is not as brilliant as I expected, even after adjusting for brightness and contrast.

I love this TV, it is perfect for the Xbox Series X for playing 4K games. The contrast ratio is amazing and the color is much better than my previous LG TV, the smart features are also very nice and they have most of the apps you need already installed! Would buy a Vizio TV again!

Above all else, it's got decent HDR highlights for the price. Definitely not a display lottery winner. Bad dirty screen effect, colors aren't even close to accurate out of the box, and the smart TV function doesn't work half the time. Thought about returning it but don't want to end up with an even worse display than this one.

First 4K TV, I got it on sale and was able to use my Rewards to bring the price down. Great mid level 4K TV. The picture is amazing for the price, the sound is decent. Allows for chrome casting and airplay. If your not looking the spend big bucks on a OLED 4K yet this will do.

The good thing about this TV is that it has HDMI 2.1 and VRR. It wont be able to use HDMI 2.1 at its full potential since the TV panel is 60hz. The Bad, The nits of brightness advertised is false! I tested this at home and the beak brightness of this TV is 350nits with HDR ON! Vizio claims its 600nits. Thats a total lie. 480p / 720p content looks pretty terrible. The upscale engine for those resolutions is not good at all. Smart cast is HORRIBLE! Lack of apps and the image of those apps are pretty poor on this TV.

      Hello,

We achieve 600 Nits “peak” brightness in the user default Bright picture mode, with Local Dimming on Medium, and when the image is measured on a 10% sized window, which represents a typical peak highlight.

Note that if you’re using a color meter to measure light output, you would need a profile that matches the expanded Quantum Color gamut. A different meter profile, a different picture mode, or a different type of image will provide a different result. VIZIO

I thought the TV was a good value. I spent time in the store talking with the salesman asking question about the differences in the TV's. At no time did he tell me that the only apps available to me were the ones listed on SmartCast. I totally wasted my money as one app that I use often was not on there. I would have check, if I would have known. It never occurred to me that you coudn't download an app. It's the Met Opera so it's probably not as common, but one I enjoy. It's why a bought the sound bar and subwoofer. Now, I will have to buy another tv. It's too late to return, but I will be voicing a complaint. $500 wasted. I could have bought the Samsung by the time I buy this tv and another one.

Hello NvrAgainAtBB, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If Met Opera is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you will be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Another common way of accessing apps is through an attached streaming device. However you will want to check with those devices for app availability as well before purchase. If you have any questions or need any assistance, we are available through text message, chat, or over the phone. Just go to support.VIZIO.com and click on ‘Contact Us’. VIZIO

Vizio tv is amazing value for its price and actually punches above its weight class with the big tech companies. The picture is bright and clear, the colors are deep and accurate, and it packs in every feature you could want at a great price as well.
