Audio Issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good picture quality, BUT. It has made a static, like a loose wire noise ever since I bought it, especially when I stream Tubi and Netflix... I bought new HDMI cable, changed my Comcast box to a new one, ect.. Still doing it.. I have a tech calling me this week to schedule a home appt to look at it.

So nice we got it twice!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv at a decently affordable price. We now have the same model/size in the living room and bedroom. Picture is clear and we've got all our streaming accounts linked. Would definitely recommend.

Picture perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice colors, clear picture, decent sound although I did by a sound bar to get the movie theater effect. If you are a Gamer(xbox one x) this tv is perfect. I needed a tv Asap and I was really happy it came in one piece, hopefully it will last me for years!

A good buy but...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV in all is good. The picture quality is good when you get the setting right for the content types. Sound is too low and setting it on higher numbers would burst out unless you set it on volume balancer which then kills the sound dynamics. You can use a low price range soundbar to sort the sound issues.

Posted .Hello Tanmay,
As televisions continue to have larger screens with thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. If you’d like any help adjusting your audio settings feel free to contact VIZIO support at 844-254-8087.
For top of the line audio performance, you may also look into purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar, there are several models available with wireless subwoofers for enhanced bass, rear speakers for true surround sound, and our new line of Atmos Sound Bars.

Hard to beat at this price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is right in the sweet spot. You can spend 3x as much and get a little better TV but the key is that, just a little bit better. The picture is great, the color is very good and the user interface has plenty of features.

Good Value for the cost
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new Tele and when I spoke with the Associate he was very knowledgeable about the product. I was able to make a confident decision based on his feedback. Alejandro made my experience comfortable, he was very patience and sincere in his time with me and my daughter. I would definitely go back to the El Segundo location to work with him. Thanks again.

Vizio 55" series 7 under-performs
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to Best Buy and asked to buy the Vizio Quantum 8 series and they sold me the 7 series which I did not realize until i got home - naughty Best Buy! Anyway I unboxed the 7 series and set it up hoping it was a great TV, sadly it was not, image is grainy, colors not very crisp, did not have the APP installed for streaming (or a way to add the APP) that I wanted (AT&T TV). Needless to say, im taking the TV back for a refund. I also purchased the Samsung TU8000 and TCL 6 series and set all three up side by side (this is the problem with Best Buy, TVs are set up by brand in different parts of the store (often showing different TV shows) so very hard to compare them. It would be best to set them up by price range. TU8000 rated poorly on rtings.com whereas TCL 6 series was one of the top models alongside the Vizio 8 series (which now seems to be discontinued). Both TVs when set up at home performed very similarly, with TCL having a slight edge. The Samsung remote and home screen is terrible and confusing, so Samsung is also going back to the store!

Smart and great picture quality.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for the picture quality. Really good picture and I like the 'smartness' features. Dont buy it for sound quality, it is mediocre at best on sound. No TV has great sound though, thats why soundbars are a thing.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV it was open box . That mean someone brought it back to the store . Also the customers service explained to me the TV was in good condition. Also got the Geek Squad protection plan. The only thing is that Fox 5 plus does play will purchases a different cable it still not the best will have the Geek Squad to come out to look at it

Good, also bad because it has a mind of its own
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great video quality. However the screen turns off and on whenever it wants to. Flashes on and off on power up Background light gets dull and then I washed out when navigating video game menus and Netflix etc. I would really like to return this television because it sucks

Vizio M Class
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best thing about this 55 in. VIZIO M class is the price! Picture and sound quality are at the low end of the spectrum inspite of all the built in settings! If I could do it again, I would not purchase this series Vizio

Poor Color Saturation and Lacks Deep Blacks
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the M55Q7-H1 after my P55-C1 would not turn on. It is less than four years old. I own two other Vizios, and both are still working. I can’t believe that this higher-end model at $1,1000 gave out so soon. I bought the M model, thinking that it would be close or even better than the TV I purchased four years ago. Unfortunately, the M55Q7-H1 has been very disappointing. I was shocked by the muted colors and lack of blacks. The coloring seems off with reds looking like a burnt orange instead of red. Everything seems very washed out. The Vizio M552i-B2 that I have in my bedroom that came out in 2014 and is non 4K has much better color saturation and deeper blacks. I would have preferred to purchase the M55Q8-H1, at just $50 more with 3x the dimming zones. However, it is not available at any local retailers and is only sold online through Amazon, and it is not yet available. I hope that Vizio is not starting to cut corners. This may be why CNET gives its top pick to the TCL 6 series.
