So all in all it’s a great television. The resolution is good and variable refresh rate is something normally not found in TVs at this price point. The only complaint I have is the “dirty screen” effect which is noticeable when you view a large image of one uniformed color. Otherwise, great tv.

My new Vizio 55" Class M Series TV is everything I was hoping for. The picture quality is excellent and have receive many compliments from friends. I made the right choice with this TV.

I love my new Vizio TV. The quality of the picture is great. There’s so many Apps already installed. The Vizio App have free movies and shows. I also love the Smart Casting.

I've been using this TV for 5 months now. At first it worked very well, but around month two a software update happened. Since that time the TV has developed several glitches. I have to perform a reboot daily for SmartCast to actually work, my PS4 video suddenly will zoom in so that only 10% of the image is visible, the built in streaming applications will not load reliability, and the audio output will suddenly fail. All of these items can be fixed by rebooting, but I would prefer the TV just work as advertised. I am already looking for a replacement, and will not be looking at a VIZIO product.

Great TV picture but the best part of this series is the smart TV features including great applications installed tight out of the box. Super easy to use and fast connectivity to home network. Free TV option is a great bonus especially for cord cutters. All around a great packaged TV.

Love the tv vivid colors easy access home page n remote my only concern is the sound it’s probably different on every channel but from perfect to turn it up to 70 to hear it idk ?

Display looks great however the sound is very thin. Defiantly need a sound bar or external speakers. Remote stopped working but vizio customer service sent a replacement no questions asked. Would purchase again.

Bright and full of colors! Love the built in chromecast and apple mirroring. Great 4K picture and works fantastic for my ps5

Great TV for the price. One of the best deals out there. Great picture. Descent smart features. Love that it has air play.

Not as fancy as OLED but at less than half the price a great value. Note that the 55" has many more dimming zones than the 50", worth the upgrade if you were debating it.

Television was worth the money but no one bothered to explain that the “open box policy” meant components would be missing (the legs for the stand, remote, etc)

The sound quality is very great. It engulfs my entire room! The picture quality is also very nice. I have it set for Calibrated and it provides an excellent array of color.

Great color, enough HDMI inputs, wifi or ethernet, currently using Cat8, perfect for the Xbox and movies. The bipod legs are great able to fix the Nighthawk X4S under it.

Purachased open box. Huge improvement over my old hitachi. Picture is amazing. Paired with a vizio wireless sound bar. Excellent setup.

I really love this TV. I am not someone who needs a crazy technologically smart TV. I want something that is easy to use and works amazingly well and this is it!

First tv had a dime size patch of darkened pixels at the bottom of the screen. The second had a bad dirty screen effect and the appearance of vertical bars when solid colors were displayed on screen. This tv performed well for pc gaming, had amazing contrast, and decent motion with its variable refresh rate for gaming. However, I just could not get past the defects in the two units I had. While in line to exchange it, the person behind me was returning the exact same model due to freezing and not powering on issues. There definitely seems to be an issue with Vizios quality assurance.

while the vizio was delivered on time i have had issues with the sound since i first set it up. according to best buy this was a manufacturers warranty issue and i have been dealing with vizio for 2 weeks now trying to get repair service out. i am hoping for a good resolution to the issue. at this time i cannot give a good rating for either best buy for their unwillingness to replace it since it was faulty right out of the box nor to vizio for their poor communication with getting service.

Excellent 4K tv for the price. Great picture quality using the tv built in calibrated setting.

This Visio TV is replacing our old Visio . We had a Visio sound bar and wanted to have an easy installation. No problems, and it is easy to use. Great color too.

I had a 720p tv, so this felt like a huge upgrade. I immediately noticed the blacks were darker and colors brighter. The integrated apps are also super convenient.
