Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this TV in May and I was in love with it until one night in June when it just "lost connection" and froze mid-streaming. I tried turning it off and on again, nada. I unplugged and plugged it back in, nada. I tried to reset it to factory settings and the screen is stuck on this screen (see photo) every time I try again. I have tried everything, searched for answers online, there is no help apparently.

We felt safe from the virus when we walked into the store to look for TVs. Our salesman was very personable and freely answered our questions. The manager took time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We had the geek squad come to install our new tv and thank goodness we did. They did an excellent job and made sure we knew how to operate everything before they left. Over all our experience was excellent.

The pandemic slowed down their supply chain but i was willing to wait. Why BestBuy - it's available in lots of places. Easy! The Geek Squad Installation services - I had used them before and they were great - they didn't disappoint - they were in constant contact, on time and did what they said. Unabashed raves.

I can tell Alexa to turn it off, turn up the volume, and it always works. I did find it got confused when I renamed an input to "XBOX," which may have crossed over to Microsoft XBOX skill using that "name". The SmartCast is nice, but we did end up getting an Apple TV for Apple Music, since the built in Apple app on the TV didn't have it.
