Amazing tv! Have it hooked up to all my smart appliances in my room and everything is voice activated even my computer. Don’t really need a remote when I can use my phone for everything including my computer

As soon as the warranty was out, this TV has had nothing but problems. It doesn't play well with TV Arc soundbars (disconnecting or leaving on-screen notification up forever), The controls will randomly stop working, specifically MENU and POWER buttons, both on remote and physically on the device. Turning on will quite often create some crazy loop where the device goes on and off a few times. I've done factory resets, tried different hdmi cables, tried only using the tv's smart features... Nothing has helped.

Very happy with this purchase. We’ve always liked Vizio TV’s and our previous one was about 14 years old. It started getting a dark spot and we decided to get a new one. Loving all the apps and our purchase!

Bought this for my in-laws who moved into a new apartment. Had to be fairly straightforward operation that did not challenge them, and they love it! Great price and now I'm a hero son-in-law, so winners all around.

The quality build is nice and exceptional but whats not so great is the picture quality, the contrast is just too bright even at the darkest settings. Pictures quality isn’t as crisp even my cheap 200$ Tv has better and more realistic picture quality.

Good TV with a decent image. Had some issues with it being washed out a bit, but it got better after some tweaks. I’m also comparing it to my other OLED which has an amazing picture

I love the picture on the Vizio, but the sound is terrible. Sounds like speaker is cracked or something. You need to turn volume up to hear what is being said and it is crackling and tinny sounding.

Software sucks, find myself often rebooting the TV because it is either a black screen, frozen, or the speaker attached won’t work.

This is a quality budget TV. There is some lag in the interface and I used an outside source to adjust the colors and sound but it's a solid tv. You will need a sound bar for best sound.

Overall disappointed with this TV. Picture is good but definitely no where close to great. Live sports are the most underwhelming picture-wise. The picture settings never feel to be quite right no matter what you're watching. Seems to have a lot of connectivity issues with other devices, I'm frequently having to reset/unplug the TV and my devices to get them working properly again. I would recommend just saving up to buy a better brand or trying another budget flatscreen brand. This is my first Vizio and will definitely be my last.

Hello Ryan, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings or diagnosing and troubleshooting connected devices, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087. For the price and the features, this is a great TV. The HDMI 2.1 is great as I no longer have to use the Amazon remote for the Fire TV as I can control it with the Vizio remote

Purchased the tv two weeks ago even though I swore I would never buy vizio again after my panel went out on my E-series after only 3 years. But the specs and reviews on this tv were really good for the price so I figured I could give them another shot. Brought the tv home and tried to do the initial set up and it could not connect to my wifi. Thought this was odd, as nothing else had any issue. After trying to connect multiple times to multiple wifis, resetting the route multiple times and factory resetting the tv it still would not connect so I skipped that step. After that it showed my tv connected. I began setting up my streaming apps and ran into more issues. Prime video says no connection. Hulu crashes each time you open. Netflix will only open from the button on the remote. Casting doesn' work on the tv as well. Thought it may need a software update, but each time I try that it gets stuck in a continuous loop. Tried contacting customer service multiple times. First I emailed them at [email protected]. but I got a response back that says that email is only set up to send emails not receive them. So I tried the online chat, but was not able to get connected to someone. I did get a survey that askeing how their customer service did. I filled out the survey and then tried phoning them. After waiting an hour I tried the callback feature, but big surprise no one ever called. I'll be returning the tv and recommend people stay away from their products. Seem to be hit and miss. And if you get a dud, you wont receive any help.

Picture is okay; not a substantial difference from my 8yr old LG. Speakers are awful. I like the convenience of the apps and smartphone remote control. You can turn the TV on with Siri but nothing else via siri.

Hello Jimmy, as televisions continue to have larger screens with thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. If you’d like any help adjusting your audio settings feel free to contact VIZIO support at 844-254-8087.  For top of the line audio performance, you may also look into purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar, there are several models available with wireless subwoofers for enhanced bass, rear speakers for true surround sound, and our new line of Atmos Sound Bars. For more settings and controls with an Apple device, check out the latest at www.vizio.com/en/apple.
