It’s slow moving one menu to another or changing volume. If your patient this is t a huge deal. I have had to factory rest to fix a blank picture issue already with an internal app as the source. Okay low budget tv. The screen surface is extremely delicate. I made a small chip in to by nearly touching it, now there’s a tiny white dot.

Sometimes it displays a ad when first turning on the TV. If the ad fails to load you get a black screen that won't go away unless you press a directional button and ok. This is a problem because if you didn't know you would think the TV didn't turn on. Apps cannot be deleted or downloaded.

This was my first Vizio replacing a hard working Samsung that lasted 13 years. One whole day and the screen blacked out with a blue square in the corner and wouldn’t turn back on. I’m so disappointed!! I’m returning it and getting a Samsung.
