Screen is awesome. Not quite ready for mainstream tho. There have been no software updates and it’s BUGGY AS HECK!!! So many bugs in their software I wish I would have bought the LG and paid a few hundred more. Regret this decision. Sharp edges on the stand will cut you, be careful. Too big to pack up and return so I’m stuck with it.

I like the OLED screen, it's apparently the same as the LG, no complaints on the quality of the picture. What this thing does lack is a couple specific items that made it a return for us. The lack of a couple keys apps was the first issue, apparently Samsung is the only brand with all the apps we've learned. No bluetooth! which isn't normally and issue, but for a bedroom TV its kinda nice to have it. Another issue was the eArc would behave weird, but that may just be a common issue and just up to what items you're trying to connect.

    Worst tv ever

This Tv is the worst TV I’ve ever had. Had it for one week and the picture went green and flashing. Hit the Hulu button on the remote and the tv turns off turn the tv back on and had to redo setup, hit the Hulu button again tv turned off and had to redo setup again. When it works the picture is good but the worst operating system I’ve ever had on a tv. Definitely not worth the money going to return ASAP and never get a vizio again!

Don't buy for next-gen gaming. Bad software.

I've had the TV for about 9 months and some advertised features still don't work right. If you've got this thing connected to an Xbox Series X at 120hz, prepare for screen spasms, an improper color space washing out your image, and for the TV to not even turn on the next time you try (until you unplug it and plug it back in). One of their selling points for this TV is next-gen gaming but in 9 months it's still not ready. A myriad of software glitches still plague the TV making it unable to live up to their sales promises. I could live with a couple months, but we're soon approaching a year and they still haven't delivered. Meanwhile I keep seeing LG owners online talking about all the features and patches they're getting for their TVs, like 120hz dolby vision gaming which doesn't even seem to be on the horizon for Vizio. Starting to think of ways I might get a refund for the Vizio for not delivering their listed features. I see talk online of a new class action suit. It's a good display panel, but they seem to put very little effort into software. It looks like a good deal on paper, but the paper lies and the savings comparing to the LG OLED aren't worth it.

    Consider the bad reviews

Not a bad TV, but not a great TV. I've had this Vizio for a couple weeks now and I've already run into one issue that was mentioned in the negative reviews - the sound. I turn on the TV and no sound comes thru. I have always had my TV sound come thru my surround sound system, so I thought maybe that was the issue; however, the issue persists regardless. The only remedy to sound problem was to power off the Vizio, unplug it for 20-30 sec, then plug it in and turn it on. This Vizio was an upgrade from an older 55" Vizio that I have had for 6 years (and counting). I should have considered the negative reviews with this OLED Vizio, but thought it was worth purchasing since I never had an issue with their products in the past. I cannot give this TV an entirely bad review - the picture quality is phenomenal. I had never owned an OLED, so it was of course mind-blowing. I have to imagine that if I had owned a 4K UHD OLED prior to this and experienced no issue with it, then my review would be more critical of this Vizio (one-star vs. two-star). Ultimately, I cannot be sure that this sound issue will be the only problem that arises. Based on the other many reviews of this product, it seems like there are more issues to come. I am returning this for a 55" LG OLED that is a couple hundred bucks more, but is clearly the better option. I do not make reviews often, but felt compelled to do so since this was the outcome.

The Vizio OLED is an excellent TV for most uses. Thanks to its infinite contrast ratio and perfect black uniformity, it's an excellent choice for watching movies in dark rooms. It has wide viewing angles if you want to watch shows or sports with a large group of people. It has a near-instant response time and low input lag for gaming, but its VRR support doesn't work. Unfortunately, there's temporary image retention and risk of permanent burn-in, so it's not ideal for use as a PC monitor.

Picture quality is awesome, HD and 4k contents quite revealing. However, plug ins are a hustle. I had a fit plugging in the power cable end to the TV. Remote is unresponsive sometimes. I have had to unplug and plug back in. I have rebutted TV several times for sound. Perhaps best as stand alone TV with no consoles or streaming devices.

I also own a 65” LG B9 OLED and this is equally as good from first impression. Love that both Google and Apple casting are both built in, although I feel that the plug in external casting devices are more reliable. Also we primarily watch YouTube TV. The built in app is great, but only goes to 1080P. May buy the external Chromecast capable of 4K. Can’t wait to try Xbox Series X on this tv! Great picture and hooks right up to the Vizio sound bar with one remote or my phone controlling them both. Overall highly satisfied with Vizio OLED!

It has its quirks. Sometimes smartcast wont load, sometimes it turns on but nothing happens on screen. Little things, but let me tell you, its beautiful. The picture is amazing. Gaming performance is amazing. I got it for $899 on black friday. That was a steal. If its discounted again this black friday, get it.

I had Samsung plasma for 11years. I was never impressed with led but with the oled it was close to what I’m use to. The colors isn’t as rich as my plasma, but is close enough. Black is deep in color and the 4K is great. Not bad for entry level oled tv when it was on sale. But if you going to pay full price. Get the LG one.

Great tv overall. Only complaint is that it decides not to want to turn on. The solution I’ve found to it though is to unplug and plug the tv back in. Supposedly Vizio has addressed this issue by releasing a firmware update. If this continues to persist, I may have to return this tv.

This is probably the best OLED tv you can get for the price. There are some lingering issues that prevent me from giving 5 stars in that though 4k at 120hz is advertised, this is currently not working for PS5 connection. Vizio has stated that they will provide a software update so hopefully they will follow through with that.

I've had this TV for about 10 months now and i'm pleased with it. I got it on sale for under $1k and that's a heck of a deal for a TV with an OLED display. Yes, Vizio software is lacking, but if you have an Nvidia shield or similar media player then that doesn't matter. I've been using mine paired with the Shield and the experience has been very good for the most part. Occasionally the shield and TV don't talk and I have to use the remote that came with the TV to turn it on, but for the most part it works good. The display is beautiful and blows my previous 4k Vizio TV out of the water. I would recommend this product to anyone if the price difference is more than a few hundred dollars from the next OLED option and if you have a smart TV system like the Nvidia shield to pair it with.

The tv is great as long as you don’t use the tv and buy a nvidia shield for it, then the tv is amazing. The software for the tv is just awful and it didn’t even have hbo max last time I checked. Although I haven’t been using the vizio tv without the nvidia shield for the past half year

The picture and sound quality are amazing! My only reason for not going to 5 stars is because of the Smartcast feature on the Vizio won’t let you download certain streaming apps. You have to cast them to the screen from a separate device. Otherwise very pleased with the purchase!

Currently, there is NO support for 4K @120hz. They do not provide any timelines or meaningful updates on when it will be fixed. I love the set and the colors are great, but I bought this TV specifically for my PS5 and it's useless in that sense now. Thanks, Vizio! Definitely not recommending your TVs to anyone, ever!

Pictures as good as you could get The only reason why they don't have it as a five-star is trying to run Plex the video is very choppy on the original high bitrate my solution is to just hook up my Nvidia shield and run Plex off that device and just use the TV as in but all the other apps work very well
