So it is amazing as a movie/sports/tv shows TV but unfortunately I am an avid gamer and this TV will not play the majority of the games I play at all, does not matter if I shut down the gaming features or turn them on. I have tried multiple configurations and the ONLY game i can play is COD war zone. Destiny 2/Tomb Raider/Tom Clancy 3 different titles/and several others will not play at all. The screen just goes wild with color blocks and display issues constantly. I am using a 2.1 cable tried this with an Xbox one S and Xbox one X, and have Xbox series X preordered. Unfortunately my return window is going to come up and I feel I will have to return it as this is just futile for gaming. When we play Disney+ movies in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos and other 4K UHD or HDR10+ titles they are amazing, the picture is OUTSTANDING.

The picture is excellent and the sound is very good. Set up was easy although it takes two people to move it and insert the base. The slot for HDMI inputs is too small for my Roku stick; so, it is in the side HDMI input. The hidden wiring on the back hasn't quite worked - I have some unused covers. The Smartcast is not a substitute for Roku's ability to add channels. The line of sight remote is ok, but I was used to an RF remote. The big beautiful OLED screen is fantastic and makes it a great value.

The panel itself is a wonder to behold. Absolutely stunning. The UI and software are pretty bad, but you can't beat it for the price (at least as of black friday 2020).

If you do t have an oled and you have the new Xbox or ps5, your not getting the full benefit of your console. I read a lot of reviews about my specific television but the only negative thing I can say is that if my internet goes out, the tv will lose picture from the direct tv receiver and I will have volume but no picture and it will say “no internet connection across the screen. Other than that this has got to be the best picture on a tv for gaming and I’ve seen the qled, it does not compare.

Wish I knew that you have to hire someone to put the stand on TV. He had to use a special tool. TV doesn’t look as well as in the store but nice color.

TV have awesome graphics and sound, but the remote interferes with my other band tvs; therefore, I returned and ordered the TCL which have better features.

Great picture, but occasionally when I turn it on it will stay black and not let me stream anything. I can hit the volume buttons and volume will show up, but to get the TV working I have to unplug it and replug it back in. This happens 2-3 times a week since I've gotten it.

Such a beautiful picture and the ease of use is comparable if not (yes Im saying this) better than our Sony Bravia!

Amazing picture once it's setup right. Fairly dark out of the box, but not terrible. Updates keep rolling in, fixing raised black levels(which had me worried at first). The built in apps work super fast, no lag time whatsoever. I have never owned an OLED before, so burn in has me a bit paranoid, but that's why you should always get Best Buys awesome warranty. Definitely worth the buy.

Had a few good Vizio TV's over the years, so I was confident when I just purchased this unit; but I got Geeksquad Protection this time because of the reported issues with OLED burn-in somewhere a few years down the line. Anyhow, the image looks great; but if you're not doing anything motion intensive for approx. 5-10 minutes, the TV just fades to black, even if you're just reading something on the screen, or browsing the web. There's a ten minute auto-power-off setting under Timers, that apparently doesn't work properly, even when set to Off. So, unfortunately there is no apparent way to turn the automatic screen timeout feature off, as it appears to be hardcoded into the TV, purportedly as some sort of over-the-top burn-in protection. Called Vizio and Geeksquad, and neither could explain why the timer settings aren't taking, even after power cycling and a few factory resets. Vizio scheduled a tech visit to diagnose if there was perhaps a further heat or other internal issue with my particular set... but then I discovered that I also couldn't get EARC (HDMI-1) to output and play any sound with my Sony, or my Vizio soundbar. I went to purchase a new Vizio soundbar just in case there was a compatibility issue, and no dice, despite thoroughly fidgeting with all of the ARC and CEC settings. Suffice it to say, there won't be a third strike, forthcoming, as I've realized it's high time to return this (apparently defective) unit. By the way, as I was typing out this review, the screen fades to black, again; and I had to press a button on the remote to finish typing. I will not own a TV that treats me like a child, period. I learned long ago how to turn off lights and TV's when leaving the room, and I won't be forced to do it until I'm good and ready to turn my TV off. That's what being an accomplished grown-up feels like, and this TV will not take that away from me. I cannot in good conscience recommend this TV in its current state.

Got this tv on sale. Great buy the colors are amazing. The black is truly black. I recommend for ps5 owners.

Amazing, yes amazing picture quality. Did I mention ‘amazing’? Smooth and bright. Rich. Very rich. Dare I say ‘amazing’? O.K. the sound quality isn’t that great, but not too bad. I bought a surround sound (of theirs), and it too is only decent (my Polk speakers were better, but bigger, much bigger, and richer, but connecting them was way old school and too much trouble.) But, I turn it all on and really am transported in a way that no TV has ever done. Good job Vizio.

Great picture and sound. Smart tv features are a lil weak. Also.....when powering on sometimes have to try a few times b4 it will turn on.

I have had this TV for a month and couldn't be happier (considering that I caught it on sale for several hundred off the regular price). Great picture and a wealth of options I am still exploring. My only (relatively minor) annoyance occurs when using the remote to change the Input to the TV--you have to be very quick with your fingers because an Input selection is entered to the TV the second you pause scrolling. But overall definitely 5 stars.

Excellent picture resolution and color. Very thin and easily mounted. Capable of connecting with all my favorite channels like Disney etc.

Software is terrible. I have a LG E series and the difference is big in all departments, software, sound and picture even if this this 2 years older. Or maybe is the processor, hard to tell, but so many times I have to disconnected from the power to reset it.

Amazing contrast, true black...no longer miss plasma screens. Great user interface on screen, app for using phone as remote actually works, and so thin it seems to float from my wall. Minor nitpick - comes preloaded with scores of apps, but no way to add streaming apps. (I have a PBS membership, but can’t download app). Best of all, only $899 on cyber deal...Visio is excellent and will put pressure on other makers to get a sub-$1000 OLED out in the near future.
