Looks awesome! Love it, if you plan on screaming and watching shows movies or TV on this it looks amazing. For the price on the Black Friday 899 this thing is more than worth it. Once you learn how the souther works you can make it work, it’s not a snap he has an Apple TV but just hook one up and ignore the software built-in to the TV

I'm not going to lie, the picture is amazing! If you are watching a show that is made for 4k (which isn't a lot of shows). All the rest of the shows are just like another TV. The screen dimming sucked. I like to dim the screen at night, and I feel it was still so bright! My absolute biggest complaint was the sound. It absolutely sucked. It sounds like an older tv The spent a lot of time on the picture and none on the sound. If you purchase this this TV...You have to purchase a sound bar/system. The menu was pretty easy to scroll through. I didn't care for this TV and actually returned it 7 days after purchase. I will be upgrading to a Sony.

I would love to give this television a glowing 5 stars, but there are some issues with audio not turning on with the tv sometimes. Requiring us to have to turn the tv off and back on, just to get the audio. I bought this especially for the use of having my game room set for the use with my Series X. Hopefully Vizio will make a fix for this issue.

The worst TV I have ever had. SmartCast freezes at least once a week. I cannot smartcast to this thing with an android, not at all... It is a known issue and no fix. You can use a apple device tho. My remote works sometimes and did I mention it freezes? The power cord is is in a weird place, you have to bend it to put it in. I hate everything about this TV. Vizio sent me a replacement today and it froze during setup. Yes I was being cheap when I bought this, never again, pay the extra bucks and get something that is of quality. The good thing is the picture is nice but why do I have to unplug to reset every week?

I had been a loyal Vizio customer for many years. I was really excited to buy this OLED TV as I have four other Vizio 4K LED TV’s. This TV has been a major disappointment. For one, I cannot truly tell the difference in screen quality compared to the TVs I currently have. However, the most infuriating part of this TV is the fact that I can be watching a show or a movie and it shuts off. There are times, it decides it doesn’t even want to turn on. The firmware is horrible. I turn it off one day and the next day I turn it on and all of the apps have rearranged. So then, I have to go in and rearrange the apps back to where I had them. Thankfully, I have a sound bar or else you wouldn’t be able to understand what was going on in whatever you were watching because the sound is horrible from this TV. If you truly want a good OLED TV, I would suggest holding off and saving extra money to buy one or if you have the money at that time purchase a better value TV such as a Sony. I made the mistake of getting hooked up on buying Vizio TVs simply because it’s all I’ve ever bought, but I realize now that I should have invested a little more money to buy a better quality TV.

Gorgeous looking OLED. At this point, you can’t buy a bad looking OLED TV since LG manufactures the panels for VIZIO, Sony, and LG (obviously) TV’s. The only downside to purchasing a VIZIO tv is a less than perfect user interface. And currently at this price point, the LG BX, and CX tv’s are very close in price while being rated better. I’ve already purchased an LG CX55 and will be returning the Vizo OLED55.

Bought this TV for a budget OLED plus got lucky in getting a PS5. The 2 hdmi 2.1 4K 120hertz ports on this TV are bugged and still have issues. Vizio has known about the issue and it still hasn’t been fix. Other than that the tv is okay. Picture quality is fantastic. But the laggy at times smart TV interface could be better. Speakers for the TV aren’t bad paired it with a Bose sound bar so haven’t used them very much tbh. In all if you have a next gen console and are wanting a good tv. I would take a pass on this one since it’s been a month for them to fix the issue. In all will be returning/exchanging for a CX Series from LG.

I have purchased many TVs in my life and wanted to see what all the talk is about with Oled especially coming from Vizio. Long story short... is this a perfect TV by no means. Could this be your main TV? Yes, but there are some glitchy moments on this TV that are frustrating. The price is what sold me, at the time of purchase it was only $900. IMO this was a steal considering the total package.

Love this TV so far. The one and only knock I have so far is when the video/game you’re watching/playing is at a lower frame rate/resolution than the panel it hitches a bit. But when you have 120hz games or 60hz games it’s magic. Great HDR. Goes great with the Vizio elevate sound bar! Matches up perfectly and the eArc let’s you pass Dolby Atmos or surround through super easily.

I've had this tv for almost a year and it has gotten to the point where I would have to unplug it/plug it back in for it to work properly. The screen turns green and throws everything completely off, granted it is beautiful when it works. Now it's starting to seem that "when" is hardly ever right now and it's annoying. I don't mind having to unplug/plug it, but when it's happening frequently, something has gotten to give. Sucks to say but, I'm investing in either a Sony or LG oled because vizio isn't a vibe at all.

Screen is gorgeous and for movies etc it's a great purchase. Currently HDMI 2.1 is having a few hiccups but Vizio are working on a firmware update to fix that. Playstation 5 and XBOX Series X can only currently do 4k 60hz (no 120hz) and still look great but currently all the bells and whistles are not functional. Again Vizio have stated a firmware update will fix this. If you are prepared to wait for all the HDMI 2.1 love then at the BF price of 899 for the 55" it's a steal.

I purchased this as the alternative to the LG oleds. For the price it cannot be beat and is exceptional in all aspects. Still LG is the king of OLEDS but if you want to get close to OLED class quality this is a good alternative for the money. It was a plus when I purchased it almost 2 years ago on black friday sale.

I don’t know why all of the bad reviews? Seems to me that the updates must’ve fixed all of the problems it use to have because mine has worked flawlessly! I watch movies and play games on it, which is with the Xbox One X. I love the picture quality! Almost seems like 3D. So either the updates fixed old problems or I got one of the hood TVs. I love it!

$899. OLED. 5 Geek Squad protection. Nuff said. By the way, mine came with a non-polarized power cable and the tv clearly uses a polarized cable. Hard to believe but there it was in the accessories box plain as day. Easy fix though, they're available in store. Not worth the return given the amazing deal. To those of you having power issues, be sure to check you have the right cable.
