Worst Best TV Ever!

I’m writing this as I’m on hold with a Vizio technician. The TV has a laundry list of issues including but not limited to; not recognizing devices, apps won’t load until 10 minutes later, switches inputs randomly, etc. Besides THAT, it’s the darkest screen I’ve ever seen and the image is very sharp clear and beautiful. Just another story of DONT BUY VHEAP PRODUCTS. Stick with the $2k SONY or LG

Poor Technical Support / End of Life'd Already?

I have now waited 7 months for a software update to "enable this" according to Vizio and the update has still yet to be released. I've had many Vizio televisions in the past and have always been satisfied, until now. Vizio needs to either finish the software update, or offer a free upgrade to whatever component it is that is limiting them from supporting 120hz 4K w/ VRR on the PS5 as advertised.

Avoid this Vizio

Now have to unplug and do a power cycle every few days to get it to turn on. Vizio support is worthless. Also rediscovers my soundbar anytime we turn it on. I would avoid this tv. Picture is great but not worth issues

Don't let people tell you "QLED is just as good", it really isn't. You get all the quality you expect from the very best LG OLEDs with this unit: just do not expect the same level of seamless user experience or customer support.

Full of bugs with no support

I was so excited to get an OLED and despite the negative reviews I figure a little hassle was worth the cost savings. I could not have been more wrong. This TV flat out does not work as advertised hdmi devices do not sync and when the screen is not black it flashes red on half the screen. Normally I would go into all the detail of what had gone wrong and how I have tried to fix it. Just stay away from this TV and Visio, you don’t want to spend 30 minutes every night trying to get your TV to work. Get the LG and save yourself a lot of stress.

Value OLED

I thought I might sacrifice a little quality going with a Vizio over a LG or Sony, but this TV is actually extremely impressive. I will say the black is much blacker than on the QLED Samsung I bought at the same time.

Very happy with the TV. Dealing with Best Buy is sometimes trying. It took almost 45 minutes to get an associate to help us. Finally a very nice person who is really the MAC Guy, came to help us.

Beautiful price for a beautiful OLED! 2.1 works flawlessly with my PS5 and Apple TV 4K, now I just want a RTX 3000 series card to really push this up thing!

Not worth it

Have to power cycle the thing any time I want to cast and atleast once a week it just drops a black screen that won't go away until you power cycle it again. Might as well hook this up to a switch.

I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but the more I watch it the better it gets. It’s a different experience than LED but so far so good.

Just A Small Opinion

But this being my first, it's been meeting my expectations. Especially for the price. The Dolby Vision shows off a great picture, in my opinion and the motion flow is smooth.
