    I originally bought this TV because it checked all the boxes of what my new Xbox Series X could do, 4K, 120hz, Dolby atmos, variable refresh rate, all the features. My first problem came when I hooked everything up (in the correct input as not all the HDMI ports are 2.1) just to have my Xbox tell me my TV was NOT 4K. A brief google search later and I found out that you have to go into the settings and TELL THE TV IT HAS HDMI 2.1. Really? I paid how much for this? Then, less than 24 hours into ownership, I turned the TV on and the screen didn't work. The power light was on, and the remote app was indicating that the TV was switching between inputs, but the screen did not appear to be powered on. I called Vizio support and they advised me to unplug the TV, hold the power button for 5 seconds (after telling me it was on the bottom of the right side of the TV when it's actually on the back on the left side) and plug it back in. This seemed to have resolved the issue until I switched the input to the Xbox and was met with a bunch of garbled colors going crazy. I turned the Xbox off and back on again and this seemed to have fixed this issue. However, I was frequently seeing the screen jump and some images duplicating on screen. The only way I found to fix this was to disable the variable refresh rate on the Xbox (not on the TV as this didn't fix anything). Even though Vizio claims this TV supports that feature it does not appear to be compatible. After all that they were glad to have "resolved the issue" at that point. I told them it was not resolved, as my less than 24 hour old TV shouldn't be experiencing a major malfunction like this, but they wouldn't do anything about it. Just told me to call back if it happened again because the issue had been resolved. Then, today, (day 4 of ownership) the whole thing simply wouldn't turn on. Remote didn't work, app didn't work, no power indicator light, nothing. So I called Vizio back and they wanted me to power cycle it again. At this point I have it fully installed and the cables are all behind furniture. They told me we had to do the troubleshooting again before they could offer any assistance. So after pulling everything out and power cycling it again, it seems to work, so, again, they won't do anything for me. Apparently they're ok with me having to unplug everything every 2 days for me to have a working TV. I am done with this TV and Vizio as a brand. I would be upset if I had spent half as much as I did. I will be returning this as soon as my new (NOT VIZIO) TV comes in. Thank you Best Buy for giving me 15 days to return the TV. At least Best Buy seems to care about their customers.

    I must say that the purchase of the 55 inch Vizio was a good one. The picture is clear, colorful and makes my programs look better. Even the Black and White programs are crystal clear! I made a good choice.

    Great picture and sound and very user friendly interface. I use a fire stick and the remote functions are pretty much the same. Definately recommend this TV

    I am having similar issues with my TV as the 1 and 2 star reviews are. The first one I got would shut off randomly or I would turn it on and there would be no sound. I had to call Vizio 3 times to build "cases" to justify them sending me a new TV. They did send a new TV. 2 nights ago I turn the TV on and there was no sound, I had to pull the plug and press the power button down for 5 seconds and then turn it back on. I now am keeping a record of dates when this happens. If this continues to be an issue then I am going to ask for my money back and they can have their TV back.

    I've been using the tv with my ps5 for well over a month and I can't complain. This is my first oled tv and did a ton of research before buying. I can recommended 100%. FYI this is a relatively heavy tv

    The picture was beautiful. What I didn't like was the 100 preloaded apps that you can't remove. Also, you can't add apps. The worst part is it didn't have the most popular apps like HBO MAX, STARZS, EPIC, ect. You either have to cast it from your phone or air play. Who wants to go through all those extra steps just to watch a movie or your favorite show!?! I don't know who gave the green light on that decision. It also did not have Bluetooth. That's standard on most sets nowadays. That was a deal breaker. I returned the tv the very next day.

    This VIZIO 55" is very nice and the price is near half of Sony. It comes with many useful apps and is easy to set up. It hangs right above our fireplace and the picture is the nicest I've ever seen.

    What an incredible TV. My first oled tv but maybe my fourth oled device. No burn in at all after over 6 months of ownership. Do yourself a favor and watch the expanse on this TV

    Love the TV, I use it for my PS5, OLED switch, and series x. all look amazing on the device. just make sure you have HDMI cables that can really do 4k at 120 hertz.

    Great quality oled for the money , this TV definitely competes with the LG oled tv. If you want a super high quality and resolution tv but now throw away your money this is the way to go.

    This tv was a great choice for us. The price was lower than comparable OLED TVs and we are completely satisfied with this product. It also comes with free Visio TV that we canceled cable.

    The image quality is great and I really wanted to like this TV but due to firmware flaws where Vizio has no estimative to fix the TV has several issues from not turning on to shutting itself down for no reason. I had to return it as it's basically non functional.

    I LOVE this TV. I have an LG OLED TV also and this Vizio has nearly as perfect a picture. For the price this is a great OLED TV.

    Highly recommend this tv. Up there in picture quality with the LG CX and has tons of great features.(perfect for the new consoles) Got it on sale for $899.99 so keep an eye out for that price

    The tv is awesome however I did not get the right wall mount. I was assured by the salesman that it would work in the corner that it needed to go. The mount that was brought by the geek squad couldn't go in a corner but I could wait till it could be switched and wait for scheduling and my tv has already been given away. I had no choice if I wanted to have a tv to watch.

    Not recommend yet for next gen consoles, as promised features like 4K 120hz over HDMI 2.1 still do not work, at least on PS5. Plus, mine was received with scratches on the back cover, like I received either an open-box TV even though I purchased a new one, or something is going on at their factory. Power cable is also not the correct one they have pictured on the back of the TV.
