I bought this because it was on sale. I've owned LG OLEDS before so I know how great they can be. This was Vizio's first attempt and I was excited because my first television was a Vizio so I had high hopes they could provide a great tv at such a great price. It was on sale for $900 and OLEDs never go below 1k brand new. But its been a horrible experience. I couldnt play my PS5 in the 120fps modes as advertised. The tv screen would randomly turn black for no reason. And youd have to press a button on the remote to get it out of this. At first I thought it was just a screensaver but its not. And the worst part was waking up one moring and the tv not being able to turn on AT ALL. I had to unplug it from the wall to get it to function again. And apaprently this is a widespread issue that multiple people have complained about. Just google it. If you want to experience OLED and don't want to break the bank then buy this one when its on sale for $900. Otherwise stick to Sony and LG. They've been making them for years and have all the kinks figured out.

The clarity the picture is just amazing gaming movies even just watching from a direct antenna so much better worth every penny

Great! Especially since I got it for 899.99 on a flash deal. But does have some image retention here and there but doesnt take long to get back to normal. Oled is the way to go!

The tv itself is fine if not a little slow. When assembling the stand the screw hole was so tight that trying to put the screws in stripped the screws and made it impossible to remove. When removing the screws with pliers and twisting the plastic piece broke. Bought a mount and am using it like this. Tv is good stand is useless.

Excellent TV for the price. Got it in early December. Has been excellent with no issues. Picture is wonderful. Definitely would recommend it.

Update the firmware on this first. Most of the noted problems are fixed. This is a really nice set. Wait for it to go on sale. OLED is worth the cost.

Best TV I have ever owned! The picture quality is exceptional and the gaming on the TV is comparable to that of a monitor. I would recommend buying a soundbar with the TV set.

Great TV. We bought this as a smaller tv for the bedroom based on the experience with the 65" in the living room. Color and detail is like nothing I have seen.

Words cannot express enough how much of a mistake it was purchasing this TV. The hardware is terrible, the software is worse, and the support is the worst. Save yourself, your life, and your wife from this terrible experience and purchase a TV or OLED from literally any other company.

Amazing picture quality. Bright enough. Good build quality. Super thin and light weight. Screen is a bit more reflective than I would have liked. Great value for money.

Worst purchase that I can remember making. The quality of the oled panel is fantastic, but none of that matters if the software is broken, which it is. The TV struggles with Dolby Vision metadata. In HDR, when going from a bright image to a dark image (or vice versa) parts of the first image stay on scree for a few frames. Never seen anything like it. For movies (on D+) where there an aspect ratio changes, the mattes pop on a frame or two early, making many of the Marvel films unwatchable. Lastly, the calibration out of the box is so incredibly bad.

I bought an LG OLED in 2018 and it was great to see the definition compared to even 4KHD. But it was expensive at the time. VIZIO made it happen to bring technology and price available for more consumers. VIZIO OLED will provide countless moments of joy and entertainment. I mostly used it for movies and music videos. The picture definition is great. The only BUT I have is the sound. Like in any other tv, sounds is not even decent. You would need a sound bar or a 5.1/7.1 sounds system. I have mine with a pair of JBL floor speakers and a DENON amplifier, the sound is great. KUDOS for VIZIO. I recommend this TV to every one.

So far this TV is exactly as advertised. Read some reviews about the picture not being bright enough in rooms with considerable sun, but I have not seen an issue in my home.

I thought I would be the lucky one not to have the same problems others are reporting because I wanted this OLED so bad, and this is a gorgeous screen...no imperfections. BUT: It kept turning off and when I mean off its not a sleep mode....it turns off into the middle of the show...and it needs to be unplugged and unplugged....the main reason I returned it. That is a eminent capacitor or motherboard power issue. The short term screen burn in is true....I have never owned another OLED but many pro reviews say that other more expensive OLEDs don't have this problem though there is a high risk of burn in but over months.. not 5 minutes of watching CNN! I saw this happen and it takes 2 minutes to go away...makes me very nervous. So I returned it. On a side note you can't appreciate the beauty of an OLED in a bright room with many glass windows....I have them ....I also have curtains so I had to close them all day long...which I never did with another TV. This TV is reflective like a mirror....too shiny.

Great TV for a great price. Picture quality is awesome. The OLED technology just makes the picture crystal clear with all the colors it’s provides. I love my new TV

Great display in terms of resolution and colors. The controls were not so easy to use. It did not work with the Bose Soundbar - and we do not know which product caused the problem. The price was fantastic.

Glitchy operating system and remote. Requires constant soft reboots. Does not allow changes in pictiue settings with firestick. Basic panel (LG supplied) is good but the rest is not so good... I have had for a year and regret buying this OLED wish I could get my $$ back and buy a Sony or LG. Currently waiting 72 hours for promised software update from Vizio.

Amazing picture quality. It is best in calibrated dark picture mode. just make sure to change from eco mode to quick start.

It was a wonderful looking tv on paper and initially when bought..... however I was very limited when it came to adjusting the TV settings to my liking when custom view options were selected. Every time I switched to another input I had to manually adjust picture settings to optimize viewing picture. If I did not, it would either be to dark or bright.

Brilliant colors. Easy installation. Sound better than anticipated. The standard picture modes are more than adequate. The modes are easy to change for your preference.
