Recommended a better tv than what I was looking for, unfortunately not in the same store. But the associate did a great job recommending this Vizio tv for gaming.

I will only be rating BestBuy delivery service since I will be returning the Tv because of the many reviews I saw, which was amazing and has encourage me to feel comfortable if I need to order another big item.

I bought this TV the end of March and have had nothing but problems. It will not power on unless you unplug it from the power source the plug it back in. It randomly looses signal from HDMI ports. I have reached out to Vizio's customer service and they tell me they are aware there are problems, and I must be patient for firmware updates. So they are selling a TV with known problems that may or may not get fixed in the future. Best buy has refused to exchange the product for a different brand that does work. So now I am stuck with a TV that does not work properly

The stand on this TV is not so great so wall mount preferred but overall its a decent TV. Not as impressed with OLED as I anticipated but this vizio seems to be working out pretty well.

This was bought as a gaming tv and I would have been better off throwing my money in the trash. After 6mos this tv has been a night,are. Continuous software problems, botched firmware, and incompetent support at Vizio that do not follow up and misrepresent wha they will do to help you. I will never purchase a Vizio tv ever again and I advise you to buy a TCL as a budget set or spend a bit more for an LG OLED it’s worth it.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Vizio Quality Control is abysmal, across the board. I understand bugs are a normal occurrence when releasing new products, but this OLED has been out almost a year now and the persistent issues that have been apparent since day one make the television almost unusable. With promise after promise of new firmware updates on the way that will fix the power issues that have plagued their lineup for over a year now, they've still yet to deliver. They have no timeline on the release, no temporary fix, nothing. Please, learn from me. Stay away. No discount is worth it. This may be less than an LG or Sony, but I promise you, you get what you pay for.

So out of the box the TV is not set for 4k 120 you have to go into settings and change it to hdmi 2.1 2nd thing is actually getting your xbox and ps5 to actually show up on screen and if that isn't bad enough sometimes the TV won't even turn on you have to unplug it and plug it to get it to turn on also if you are getting this for 120hz on ps5 get another TV cause this one only let's you do 60hz on ps5 120 does work for series so when it does work it does look great but I mean over 1k for a TV and it only works sometimes your better off buying a different TV long story short this TV is trash

So easy to setup, my Apple TV and Bose sound at connected with no problem. The picture quality is amazing, it puts my Samsung to shame

Purchased this item, used it for three weeks very disappointing with the operating system and I always had to restart the TV from scratch due to freezes I would not recommend Vizio got myself an LG instead

Beautiful high contrast picture. Unbelievably slim screen that looks sleek mounted on the wall. Perfect for high frame rate and next gen gaming.

The colors are bright and the blacks are deep The menus aren’t super intuitive but all in all for the money it’s a steal

Great graphics display and awesome picture quality when it wants to work. We have to reset the TV constantly in order to make the TV work. It doesn’t recognize the HDMI cable when the TV powers on and there’s already a HDMI cable connected. Just overall a PITA.

Picture is very good quality and the stand is what really is a plus. It is much heavier than LCD so wall mounting may come later down the road.

I enjoy the true black, it's vibrant and I love the adaptive frequency, although I seem to struggle from time to time with chromecast, it's worth your money

Gorgeous OLED for an incredibly reasonable price. I purchased this as an upgrade to get ready for the PS5 so we'll see how it holds up once that's released

This TV has ups and downs. Not a bad looking TV at all. A little bugie but with the new updated firmware it's running a lot smother and faster. Soiled beginner TV.

The picture on this TV is unbelievable . Unbeatable for the price of 899.99!!! The processor is superfast. Navigating through vizio smartcast is a breeze
