Beautiful display, and when I connected it to my (already purchased Vizio Soundbar 2.1), elevated sound I didn't get from my previous Vizio TV (10+ years old and still working quite well). Normal shows are easy, and I turn off the light next to me when watching a movie - awesome visuals and literally nothing to complain about....sitll learning Smartcast options but that too is so far so good. Got the TV on sale (999) and feel like I got a great deal on the beautiful TV.

Black Screen

The power indicator says the T.V is on but nothing. I would have to every time pull out the plug and re-plug the power cable just to get everything to work normal. Ive read tons of forum and tried different outlet, cables, hard reset, and nothing. Sometime but rarely everything works normally when I turn on and off my T.V without any problem. I've updated the T.V firmware to the latest version, make sure every cable is plugged in tightly but I'm about to give-up. I don't often write reviews ever, but when I do I am very upset. I wish I couldve gotten an LG or Samsung

No lag but ur probably better off buying a $600 hisence or tcl. If u want real oled this isnt it. Buy lg for that. Still alot to be desired with smart functions. Still need a firestick or roku to add streaming apps

When the TV changes inputs it goes black. Sound works great but no picture. This is a problem with this TV. Best Buy is coming to replace the power board, but the internet says it’s a known issue and fixing the power board won’t solve the issue. Hoping Vizio steps up and adds a firmware update to actually fix the issue at hand.

Good image but not super reliable

This is my second OLED with my LG C9 in the living room. The main issue is the unreliability of the TV itself. I have to frequently power cycle it because it is stuck with a black screen.

But what I didn't like was how hard it was to connect my HMDI's to the back of the TV. The labels was hard to see and their was a lot of screen crawl in the picture. One other thing is that this tv is very fragile with all the warning they give you.
