Worst OLED TV

Sorry but you get what you pay for and in this case it is a bad OLED attempt. Everytime I hit a button on the remote, the tv turned off. Half of the time i turn tv it doesn't turn on. Got tired of unplugging 4 to 5 times a day just to watch tv. Had to return a few days later and never buying Vizio again..

Defective!!!

Loses power consistently as well as picture issues. Purchased it with the 5 year extended warranty for nothing. Was told to contact vizio which I did multiple times they even sent someone out to swap out parts and still same issues. All bestbuy offered me was some trade in value and i’m yet to see how low that’s gonna be. Probably a waste of my time. Don’t waste your money on this tv

I don't know if I would pay full price for it, but at $899 I feel the value was worth it. The only issue I ran into was the stand package was missing 4 screws so I had to spend $2 at the local hardware store to get some. Small issue, but no issues with the tv.

Two of my reviews were not posted. They censor reviews, fyi. Wrong power cord shipped in box. Best Buy refuses to swap cord. Best Buy attempts to deliver second TV. Best Buy then demands I then pay them again for second TV--calling me at 9 AM on a Sunday--after they somehow botch the first transaction. Bought a new video game to test this out with new sound bar. Everything seemed fine. Next day, turned everything on, and no sound. Display message at top, in small print even says "No audio." I cannot figure this out. Tried troubleshooting the soundbar and turning the TV off/on...no dice. I shut off my power strip and turned it back on. Audio came back. This TV is replacing a 10 year-old Sony Bravia. That has never happened once. This TV is already screwed up. Also there is an issue with frequent auto-sleep. The TV will go black. I don't watch much TV, so I'm not sure if this is a major issue, as it's never happened during motion on the screen. But it has happened during a two minute breaks--and it's quite irritating. I've heard others complaining and being unable to adjust it properly. Without a protection plan (which are generally a bad investment), there's a distinct possibility this unit is going back. On top of that Rtings says this model has noticeably bad calibration out of the box. Vizio should fix for free upon request until they get it right, especially when they send you the wrong power cord--which essentially means, power cord sold separately.

Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. A great way to test the capability of the TV is to launch the YouTube application and search there for "4K HDR". You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.
