    Vizio has done it again! I last owned a D-Series (discontinued) and it still works great but I wanted to upgrade to a 4K UHD TV and I was caught between the M-Series 55” (M55Q8-h1) and this OLED 55”. I was impressed when I used it for gaming, the image color is beautiful and vibrant with rich deep blacks.

    Great picture always shuts off . I dont think its gonna last til i pay it off wouldn't buy again

    terrible motion control/ fast moving picture

    I bought this Vizio 55" OLED & I had multiple issues right out of the box, The power cord was not the correct size to fit into the back of the TV, The sleep timer would turn on with all sleep settings turned off, yet the biggest problem was that there was lag/tearing/jarring images on ANY setting from ANY source from ANY input. I called geek squad & they offered to send a replacement for free. When the replacement came it ALSO had the wrong power cord & there was NO STAND! NO stand & wrong power cord in an unopened new box. Geek squad confirmed both were “new” unopened units. Thus shifting all the blame onto Vizio. Geek squad was mostly helpful with facilitating getting a new TV, but I had to pay an extra $700 for a upgrade to a Sony with the exact same Specs as the Vizio. Lesson learned that you get what you pay for, still very unhappy with no TV for over 2 weeks, & had to shell out over $1800 to get the TV with the Specs I wanted. Wish Vizio would have worked, but ultimately happy with the Sony, but way more broke then I wanted.

    It was ohky, just the 2.1 HDMI was glitching on the Xbox Series X on it.

    I live VIZIO but I have 5 and this is the only one that won’t start up properly for some reason from phone or Alexa like the others.

    Having alot of glitches when switching inputs either lose sound or picture have to turn off everything and restart sometimes tv wont even turn on

    Vizio has done a great job bringing an affordable panel to market that can definitely hang with the more expensive offerings. I will admit the initial user experience prior to the software updates was a bit rough, but once the updates started rolling in this TV was no brainer.

    I keep having to unplug and reset the TV as it will turn on but there is no picture. When there is a picture it is 5 Star and Sound 4 star.

    I wanted to buy a Samsung TV...but Best Buy didn't have one I wanted to buy unstuck...and it would be a long time to wait if I ordered it on-line. Some things to do with COVID? The sales guy pointed me to this TV and said it was comparable. It's not even close. The picture is really bad. I went back to Best Buy and they said I had to reset it in settings. I did play around with this but it's definitely not the quality of a Samsung.

    This is I bought on sale for black friday to replace my 15 year old plasma. I have to say...I wasn't sure how Vizio OLED was, but so far it's been snappy and works pretty well. I am replacing my main tv with the LG CX so maybe I'll update this with comparisons.

    Returned this TV after 3 days. HDMI-CEC did not work, Vizio already released firmware updates, but they don't work, tv has lines that randomly flicker, TV has trouble finding input such as my new xbox. Has issues turning on 4k with 120 hz if using with a new console. Overall, you're paying a lot of money, bite the bullet and upgrade to a LG for a little more.

    I absolutely love this TV I have an LG C8 OLED and this is extremely comparable and maybe a little bit better! The panel is made by LG but everything else is Vizio. I think they did a great job and I got my for $800 thru a Best Buy member elite pricing! It’s a great deal!

    Vizio has busted the TV with the most recent update. The colors aren't as vibrant and it doesn't get as bright as my LG CX OLED. All of the built in apps have issues with smearing or pixel artifacts. Don't get this TV. Pony up the extra cash and buy an LG if you really want an OLED

    The absolute worst TV ive ever purchased. 120hz 4k with VRR none of that works EXCEPT 4K the rest is coming in future updates.... unknown dates and the tv has been out for over a year wothout thise features ever being enabled. STOP BUYING VIZIO THEY MAKE JUNK.
