    Great T.V. and Vizo has good support, had some issues and support tech got me new firmware and all was good. Also price dropped and i got a price match.. good deal!!

    The picture is beautiful!! Really wanted this to work. TV started turning off randomly. Sound would come on full strength and couldn’t lower it without turning off the TV. All of this started happening within a month of purchase. Had to return it. Didn’t want to try to make a lemon work—figured it would only get worse

    This tv has series issues had it for 4 days power issues green screen issues it’s not worth the hassle I traded back at BestBuy for the hisense u8g and I’m happy I did because this tv was a mess

    The vizio olang is the best tv out, and has every thing you could expect and more from a tv,in. Love,when l first lade my eyes on her. and saw all of the fechers i fale in love... it is the best. Thanks best buy. Im so happy....

    Here's my experience using the OLED as my main TV and with the Series X. First my setup: I had both the Xbox Series X and a new Chromecast with Google TV connected to HDMI 2 & HDMI 3, then I have a 3 year old budget model Vizio soundbar connected through the optic audio out from the TV. The good, I got 4k120 working quickly on the Series X (it did take some plugging, unplugging, restarting, etc at first, but once I got it running it's been mostly stable. More on that in the bad). Games look amazing, 4K Ultra BR, Streaming, HDR and Dolby Vision content all look great across the board. This is the best looking TV I've ever owned and it's a pleasure to watch and play games on when it works properly. Based on picture quality, refresh rate and clarity I would recommend this TV to anyone especially when it's on sale for $1500. I've also not had any issues with the TV for 2 days at this point. The bad. I've had a number of little issues with different aspects of the OLED and one big issue. When I switched from my Xbox Series X to my Google TV, I would have no sound whatsoever and would have to go into the Input Settings and change it from 2.1 to Auto or 1.4 to 2.1 or something. Basically just had to restart the HDMI port then the sound would work. Super annoying. I have found since then that if I turn off the Xbox completely before switching inputs I don't get the no sound issue. Still annoying but much less so. Vizio please fix this bug. I had to switch the HDMI port that my Xbox was in from HDMI 2 to HDMI 3 (swapped with my Google TV) because running 4k120 HDR games started making the screen almost completely blue. Moving the inputs fixed it and the Google TV doesn't have that issue since it doesn't run 4k120 HDR only 4k60 HDR. I've had a few other minor issues with HDMI 2.1 handshaking. Having to turn off, restart, unplug HDMI, Plug it back in, etc. They haven't been the norm and I'm not too upset. Being an early adopter on tech I'm used to new stuff having little issues like this. No VRR on 4k120. I'll have to wait on that one. Weird thing is when you turn on VRR with 4k120, the screen works fine till you start a game, then it goes blank unless you hit the guide button and move around the guide, then the screen comes back until you stop moving around the side guide. Vizio shows they are planning on fixing this with a "Coming Soon" for both the OLED and PQX Can't adjust settings when in game mode most of the time. It randomly let's me from time to time. Will have to wait on a fix here too. Vizio please give us free rein to adjust these settings in game mode. My games look great, but I know they could look even better. The biggest issue I've had was with the power. When I would turn off the TV, it would not turn on again until I unplugged it, held the power button down for 20 seconds and then plugging it back in. This seems to be fixed for now. How did I fix it? Once I got the new firmware update I made changes to the "Timer" setting and got rid of the 10 minute inactive sleep setting. I then switched the Power Mode to "Instant On" instead of "Eco Mode". This took a little time because it kept defaulting back to Eco Mode every power cycle until I did one thing. I moved the Power Mode to Instant On then did a full power cycle by unplugging the TV, holding the power button then plugging it back in. When I did that, the "Instant On" setting has stayed after power cycling and I haven't had the "not turning on issue" once since then. (I hope I don't jinx myself)

    Bought this for my bedroom after buying a c1 and a80j for my living room and den. The tv is just as good as the more expensive ones for a great price.

    Having a lot of problems with this set. I used to swear by vizio, but now I'm not very happy. This set will not turn on unless I unplug and hold down the power button then plug back in. This works for a few days then I have to unplug once again. Not what I expect after paying 1,000 for a tv!!!

    So far so good. We experienced a problem with the audio in the beginning but it has worked itself out. Other than this minor setback everything has been a pleasurable experience.

    It looks great, it’s an OLED. Bugs….. sometimes won’t turn on so you have to unplug the power, the ARC audio connection goes out and you habe to unplug the power, on and on and on. Not acceptable even for a $1000. My old LG B8 OLED in my living room is more reliable.

    I've had this tv a little over a year now and the only complaint I have now is I didn't get the 65 inch. It has had a few little quirks but the firmware updates have fixed all of those so far.

    I should have listen to all the bad reviews. How does TV for five days. Every time I turn it on the screen stays black and will only turn on after unplugging and replug it back in. Not really annoying after the 10th time. The picture is really nice but when it works!

    Tons of problems. Often won't power back on from sleep, loses connection with my HDMI devices periodically (PS5, Apple TV, Xbox Series S). They seem like software issues since they are so pronounced but Vizio isn't doing anything to fix it. DO NOT BUY. I've had this TV just over a year now so it's out of warranty and I'm stuck with a permanently defective product. Tried to reach VIZIO but never heard back. When it works it's lovely but I have to disable everything it seems like just to only have to unplug the TV and plug back in a couple times a day instead of everytime the TV is off.

    Do not this TV if you use YouTube TV or YouTube

    The Smartcast operating system does not work with YouTube TV and YouTube. I have been on the phone with Vizio and they cannot fix it. I have to power cycle the TV 15-20 times per day to get it to work for brief periods of time. Best Buy should stop selling this thing.

    I've never had a tv with as many issues as this one. Having to unplug it from an outlet and plug it back , having a technician for vizio come look at it twice, and now being sent another. When it works it's beautiful but unfortunately that is rarely ever.

    Awesome tv, and the best tv if you are trying to pair a tv with the Xbox aeries x or ps5. This is an awesome product from Vizio and Especially when it drops to $900 I wouldn’t sleep on that deal !!!!

    its an awesome screen to stream movies from its native apps or chromecast from the phone but i tried the google chromecast tv and it had image tearing, the sound is very poor compared to lg oled, sony oled has the best sound ! you can buy this tv with a home theater or just an lg or sony without extras .
