    Good tv but the 120hz for series x dosent work at all some imput lag in gameplay

    The worse tv I ever owned from vizio I been getting the m series every year this year I picked this and I will say picture looks nice but there is to many problems for the price stay away I have this years 70in m series and I like it better then this..

    Premium price for a terrible TV

    I’ve owned this TV for two years and it has been nothing but trouble from the start. When I got it, the built in TV speakers wouldn’t work and sound would only come out of a sound bar. After about a year the TV speakers only would work and no sound would go through a sound bar (both optical and hdmi connections). The HDMI 2.1 port doesn’t work with PS5, which was the entire reason I bought this TV. And now, after two years of ownership with it out of warranty, the TV refuses to turn on - even with a hard power cycle reset. Save your money, stay far away from this TV as possible. Get a real OLED from Sony or LG.

    So far so good with this unit. Doesn't work perfectly with PS5 but for $900 its not a bad purchase. Hoping to get some updates soon so I can finally take advantage of the PS5 Power.

    Thia TV exceeded my expectations its by far the best tv ive ever owned. I heard that the only problem it might have is screen burn in the future, but thats if you game alot

    Sound problem

    We bought this TV 4 days ago and it worked fine for two days only. The sound will not work now and we tried every suggestion to remedy this problem but it will not work. Another problem we had when we set it up was with the optical audio connection to our Visio sound bar. We could not get that to work and had to use the RCA jacks instead. I think the port for the optical audio is defective because it will not connect tightly and seemed very loose. Also the HDMI ports are difficult to connect due to how they are positioned. Thankfully Best Buy will let us return this TV since 15 days have not passed and we did not get the protection package.

    With the one day sale and the quality of the tv (being an oled) my family or the workers at Best buy could not believe how cheap this tv was. Great deal and happy overall!

    Aweful. On my second one because it randomly decides not to turn on unless you unplug it and plug it back in. Extremely annoying on a 1k+ TV. I have only bought VIZIO TVs (this is my 5th and 3 sound bars) and have always loved them but customer support is terrible. They told me after the 10th call “we’re aware of the issue with your tv but we have no fix and it sounds like you found a work around so just deal with it”. Not want you want to hear after dropping a grad on a TV.

    Works great and has a lot of free content. I have a very bright room and was concerned that the reflections would be too much on an OLED tv but it works well.

    Too many bugs

    I want it so much to love this TV but there are just too many problems or glitches that needs to be worked out like the TV not turning on until you unplug it and plug it back in Or the TV not remembering your picture settings and resetting them back to factory.

    Brand new and DEFECTIVE 4 months later

    When it works, it works well. Since i gor it 4 months ago, I have had to frequently unplug the TV from the wall because either the screen doesn't come up when turned on (stuck on a dark grey screen) or the show is flickering a greenish image. For my finaces, this was a major purchase. I was excited to get rid of my very very old TV for a slick new HD thin TV. I have never been more saddened and angry at an expensive purchase as this one. I actually don't know what to do. The issue is intermittent (aka harder to prove to a technician). However, I should not be required to unplug my brand new TV once or twice a week to get it to function properly.

    Picture is good because it's OLED but it doesn't have good motion processing for movies and tv shows filmed at 24fps. It also has a lot of buggy settings that don't get saved and it seems to get image retention (temporary burn-in) pretty easily.
