The power board will fail and you will have a broken tv out of warranty. This is the second Vizio TV to do this to me and it will be the last. Stick to Sony, LG, and Samsung. You aren't saving any money with Vizio.

The one I replaced with this one was 11 years old and still kicking. I only replaced it for a better quality image for the new gen consoles. The colors are decent - definitely not Samsung quality. The biggest problem we have is that the TV sometimes doesn’t turn on. Going to try to either contact Vizio or exchange it. Definitely a disappointment for the brand

Curbside pick up was the only available option, no store pick up. After asking 4 different employees, bringing out items for people that had been there for a few minutes, and 2 hours I had to go inside and get my TV. The manager only tells me "who would wait outside for two hours". I told him all the employees outside kept telling me it should be coming out. He said "well it's here now". Not even a simple apology for making me wait two hours because of their incompetence. Do not use West Side best buy.

The motion on this tv was terrible. Most judder I have seen on a oled. Lots of handshake issues. Stick with lg or Sony. Vizio has a ways to go yet.

VIZIO TV problems

What a waste of money. It is very hard to work. I bought the TV for the picture but for most it is not that great. I tried to access Amazon Prime using the button but no luck. If I want to Youtube I must access through my DVR. Every time I try something differant I loose everything. I have to pull the plug and restart. I never had problems with other TVs.
