    Great clarity, but the TV regularly has to be unplugged to be reset. It blacks out or loses audio randomly and often for no reason, and only after unplugging it for a minute can it be restored. If the next firmware update doesn’t fix this, I will be looking into a replacement. This is a ridiculous experience for a new TV that is this expensive. My first and last VIZIO product.

    Many software issues. Vizio refuses to fix the problem after 4 months of back and forth. (Bought the TV from Best Buy 7 months ago) and says to wait for a software update that has no ETA and may never come and may not even fix the issue. (Zero software updates since I bought it). Call Best Buy and they say that since I didn't buy their geek squad plan to just deal with it. Not planning on doing business with Vizio or Best Buy again after this experience.

    This is the worst TV recommendation and purchase I've ever made. The TV has limited apps (the original salesmen told me it didn’t and I could add whatever apps I want). The tv is constantly resetting and messing up. The screen will randomly go out and turn green. The tv does not work well with sound bars. I should’ve gotten a different TV all together.

    Lost the picture 5 months after installing it. It ran a total of 300 hours in those 5 months. Now I only have sound. Cant try any of the fixes mentioned in these reviews because I have a black screen and menu won't appear. Will NEVER buy Vizio again. I would have rated it negative stars if that was an option.

    Once Vizio stops re-enabling "Eco-Mode" after I've already switched it to "Quick-Start" when they push their firmware updates, I'll come back and update the review from 1 star (truly annoying). It would also be nice if the TV had memory and brought you back to your last location when you turned the TV on (or had an app bar to quickly navigate to where you were). Samsung TV's have had this for years and it's almost a deal breaker.

    Buy at your own risk. I had issues with audio. When switching from an app like Hulu to an hdmi input for gaming, I would have video but lose audio. I had to switch back to an app for the audio to return and then switch back to the hdmi. Also, the picture started flickering with discoloration after about two days of use. I could never get the normal picture to come back. I returned the tv and got. Hisense H9g. Been good so far

    Software glitches are present, and Vizio has been promising fixes since November 2020 without any fixes yet. Breaks multiple functionalities including HDMI-CEC, HOmekit, and Airplay.

    Never again. Audio output died after 9 months. VIZIO sent out tech and they couldn't even manage to get the back cover off to replace components. Still waiting on replacement unit which will be (if it ever shows up) a refurbished unit. Know other VIZIO owners with same issue. My 10 year-old Panasonic plasma still rocking!
