was not my first choice, but bought as a second tv for kids mostly, but was surprised by the good picture

awesome tv but disappointed in that fact that the quality isn't like the store display.

This tv would have gotten a better rate from me if it was compatibility to more apps or devices. I have a passport hd that I have used on many different name brand televisions and have worked but now I have this Vizio and it doesn't work.

This TV is ok. Sound is horrible and the picture is so so . It says it's 4K .. You could of fools me. Picture isn't any better than a regular tv.

I like this tv. Sound could be better but if you plan on hooking up your surround sound, then you won't have a problem in that category. Quality on blu ray and gaming is amazing. Best part, you have two outputs for 4k and 3 for 1080 hdmi. Now when I went to my best buy store, this tv wasn't set up for display viewing so I had nothing to compare it to. When I asked the clerks about it, they had no knowledge it existing. Besides horrible sound, can't complain about the buy.

I originally wanted a Samsung 58 inches tv but it wasn't available.

The quality of the products were ok but the service at the store was terrible. I will never shop at Best Buy again

It was an open box item that they claim was inspected. Screen was shattered. My suggestion is buy new.

I bought my first Vizio about 10 years ago and never had a.problem with it. Vizio has always provvided a quality product for a reasonable price, so when the time came to add another tv to our household, my first choice was Vizio. My husband was dead set on getting a 4k UHD tv, but I didn't really see the big deal. We actually were going to get another Vizio, but this one had a larger screen and didn't cost much more. I love this TV!! We watched "Avatar" on cable and it was like we were watching the movie for the first time. The detail was amazing! I love that it comes with Amazon and other apps on it. If you're looking for a reasonably priced 4k tv, I would highly recommend this tv. If you're wondering if 4k is worth the money, as someone who thought HD tv's were just as good, I'm telling you--Go 4k! It is definitely worth it!

I've had tv for less than a month and it's showing 2 lines on screen.

Bad audio and video synchronization. Summary says it all.

I did a lot of research on 4k tvs prior to purchasing the tv. Since this is a brand new model, there weren't too many reviews available yet but it seemed like the features and the price were a perfect marriage. Very glad I purchased this tv. The 4k content is amazing. the upscaling from Cable and internet streaming look awesome as well. Took me about 5 days to calibrate it myself and now that it's dialed in i'd say this is a tv that can't be passed up!

This Vizio was not the one I was going to get, but after reading the benefits it had. 6 HDMI inputs, which was great for me with all the systems we own. The price of this tv is a pretty good deal as well. This Vizio 4K HDTV is worth the money!

I had my 55" Samsung 1080p HDTV break after 8 years of literally being on and in use for that whole time, and have been interested in 4K and also bumping up my screen size a tad, so I shopped around, read reviews and took the leap with this as my first UHD TV set. I PC game heavily, so input lag was a concern in action games, and the reviews I saw placed Vizio's D-Class in the lowest ever measured group, and boy it doesn't disappoint. There was a TINY yet nonetheless discernible lag on my old set, but not on this one. Inputs from mouse and KB are crisp and clean. INSTANT. No discernible lag AT ALL. I'm using the "game" setting with no processing, mind you, so I'll try the post-processing picture modes later. Set-up was a breeze out of the box. I had it up and running within a couple of minutes. It walks you through initial setup and wifi and locale etc quickly, and there were no problems linking my comcast router to the TV fast. All I had to do was put in my password and they were linked, allowing me to use the included remote to actually bring up the included apps like Netflix with one button push. That was really cool. :) The picture is out of this world. My previous Samsung had been a top of the line LCD HDTV and this new one is definitely a bump up, picture quality-wise in every way I could possibly list. I caught it on sale for 650.00 bucks, blind sh%^house luck, there, and having only bought it today - the true test comes with time of course, but everything is satisfying as of right now. The picture was great in the various modes right out of the box, and I had no problem using my DVI to HDMI cable straight out of my gaming rig's GPU and into the set. Previously I had had a problem with my PC getting the aspect ratio right on a lender set from my buddy (an Insignia), and it was wonky, so I read forums and moved my GPU from one PCI express slot to another one after unplugging the PSU and experienced no problems. It nailed the native resolution out of the box. The one thing confusing is in the Nvidia settings it's not allowing me to select a refresh rate of 120 mhz, though it's advertised as being 120mhz refresh capable. I can only max out at 60mhz like my last set, but I'll figure it out online. Again, I'm really pleased with this purchase! **One quick note, I was actually really surprised at the difference in apparent screen size the mere bump up from 55" to 58" inches makes. It seems VASTLY larger than my old big-assed Samsung. The viewing distance is the same (about 2 meters) but it seems way larger. I love it! :) JP

The Vizio brand may seem like a cheap brand, but don't let the low price fool you. They make great quality products. This is my first Vizio, and I was impressed by the great quality of the picture. After changing a few settings (not by much, really), the picture is beautiful. It has a lot of great apps, although the app store on this model has been shut down (Vizio has a new app store for newer models), so you can't find new apps. But many of the major ones are here and work well.

Love this TV! It has an excellent picture display, lots of inputs , tons of smart apps, great value and quality product. Connected it to my previous Vizio soundbar and the TV remote controls the audio from the soundbar without the need to use two remotes. The tv and soundbar are currently working very well together.
