The best tv I've owned so far

Good TV for the $

I am replacing a Sony that was brand new at Christmas but my dog broke the screen jumping at an animal on TV. This VIzio was highly rated and a lot cheaper than the Sony. The picture is too dark but I haven't had time to try any adjustment yet. The overall quality is not as good as the Sony but the price and size were right with a TV killing dog in the house.

Love the TV but upset with recent price drop.

The customer service department said Best Buy will only go back 2 weeks on the price match. It used to be a month! And it's even cheaper than when I bought it a couple of months ago! Definitely feel like I got jerked on this one.

viewing angle fiasco
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would have been a great bargain if it wasn't for the problem with viewing angle - picture is washed out except for directly in front. That means one person has good picture and the rest of the family is left out in the cold. Also the 4k "upscaling" doesn't seem to do anything. I bought this because my previous Vizio HD has great picture, disappointed to say the least.

Terrible TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 3rd time I have had to have this TV replaced. 1st time there were issues with 1 corner of the screen. TV replaced same day. 2nd time a week later characters were moving rapidly side to side. Brought TV in and got it replaced. I got the extended warranty the 2nd time. Now I am having to call again because on this 3rd TV (same make model etc), but completely different TV the screen is all black and can only hear the sound. I would not think of buying this TV again no matter what the price. Terrible problems.
