    This is a good tv, the salesperson told us we could add a 5 year warrantee later but failed to say we would have to ring the tv back to the store to do that. It was a real pain!!!! They should tell customers that!

    Beautiful Color, Ask questions if you have it install so you know how to navigate if you have cable and need to go back to streaming. I'm super happy with this TV and Best Buy!

    Great picture, they’ve really improved the the sound quantity from previous tv’s I don’t have to have a sound bar just to be able to hear it.

    Purchased at Best Buy because I thought getting support down the road would be easier - mistake! Picked up the TV in the store. The TV took me an hour to get set in place - then plugged in and updated and connected - before I realized there was no sound. AT ALL. Called Geeks - they said sorry you need to pack it all up and bring it back to the store for a refund because its probably manufacturer defect. Also called Vizio support to be sure I had tried all I could. They offered to pick it up in about 3 weeks to check it out. :(. So I packed it up the best I could and brought it back to Best Buy. They would not help me get it out of the car (this is a 58" TV and I am a small person) and then could not figure out how to refund my money for another hour. Not one apology or offer to find another set to replace this one. All in all, 6 hours wasted and nothing to show for it. Um, quality control? And customer service? Ugh. Keeping my 32 year old Trinitron in it's place - no problems with that one, ever.

    Great TV for the game room or living room for the value. Smart TV functions are great, quality is among the best 4K TV’s I’ve seen personally.

    Overall a really good tv, enjoy the ability to use different apps and have a variety of port to plug different cords into. I have not really had too many issues, !! EXCEPT !! the Tv has started freezing at least 1-2 times a week when switching between inputs, and have to unplug and reset the tv each time this happens. Unable to run 4K on Xbox series x with this tv on any setting and the tv I got this to replace was significantly cheaper and was able to do it. Was drawn in by the cool sounding new q led stuff but overall not too much a difference in my opinion compared to the old 4k tv I had (even when watching tv). I wish I could get a replacement that maybe didn’t freeze , I’ve only had this tv for 3 months or so. Was hoping the brand name would mean a better tv, as I was originally going to purchase a different, less expensive 4K tv, about $150 less, now I’m past the return period at only 3 months and I’m already having issues :(

      Hello Dave, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.     If you are in the market for a tv, don’t get this one. I would return it if I didn’t miss the return deadline…. The software is so buggy. Sometime my remote or button on tv won’t turn off the tv, the settings don’t show up 99% of the time. Better off with a better brand.

    The Vizio 60 inch television was in stock at Best Buy in Gulfport. Staff was helpful. TV was easy to install and has great sound and picture quality.
