The TV seems to work fine as a TV, but BASIC functionality DOES NOT WORK. In this case, that basic functionality is HDMI CEC. This makes it so that when I turn on a device (in this case an Apple TV), the device can automatically turn on the TV and switch to that input. And ... IT DOESN'T WORK. The TV supports CEC, and I definitely have it enabled. Most of the time, the TV turns on and simply shows me a black screen. Other times, the TV doesn't turn on at all. Once in a great while, the TV turns on and then shows me the Apple TV, but this is by FAR the least likely thing it does. I'm hoping that Vizio can fix this with a software update, but I'm not holding my breath. This behavior SHOULD be inconceivable, but unfortunately, that word does not mean what Vizio apparently thinks it means.

The price of older tv was about two and one half times as much as new one maybe that's the reason. The picture doesn't seem to me to be a high def. picture. We would like to trade it in for a different model.
