    This tv started flashing a green static image every 5 seconds about six months after I purchased it. Luckily it was still under warranty and it was easily replaced free of charge. But this is the second Vizio tv that I've had issues with after owning them for less than three years. My replacement will probably be my last Vizio tv I own.

    Not a great TV. Difficult to turn on…sometimes almost impossible to the point of giving up. Sometimes the sound stops synching with the sound bar, but that’s rare. A few months ago it got a random white line on the screen. Now the colors are crazy and the screen freezes. Haven’t even had it one year yet. What a bummer.

    No sound ever when hooked up to cable box. Cable box has been changed by cable technician. Sound quality poor when watching Netflix. This is not a good product. Tried so many ways to fix it and checked connections several times. Any suggestions or is it just a defective product?

    As it was 100 dollars more than the same class Samsung, i had high expectations for the picture. Sadly, it did not compare to any of the tvs in my home which include samsung, hitachi, and TCL. Picture was no where near as clear as any if the above brands. Returned and purchased another Samsung instead.

    Flashing bar at bottom of screen 2 weeks out of warranty. After troubleshooting Vizio recommended I buy another TV. Never again will I ever purchase a Vizio anything. Stay away from this one.

    Absolutely the worst TV I've ever had. Some movies I had to turn up to 50 in order to hear it. Won't connect to any internet channels other than Youtube. Picture quality is horrible for a 4k tv. Would not buy this ever again. I'm so glad I have time to return this.

    Bought this tv less than 2weeks ago, I was watching the tv when the picture went out, then the sound and now the tv won’t turn on. Honestly the picture quality is not that great… I will definitely be returning this defective product I was sold….

    Would never buy anything from you again no sound for 4 weeks now from Soundbar for speakers technical glitch from Vizio and salesman did not explain to me that Vizio would not honor their warranty on an open box.

      Hello Clay, open box items are more likely customer returns that cannot be sold as 'brand new' anymore. These items are inspected, cleaned, and sold at a discount by the retailer. Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components', think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing. Even though an item might be in an 'open box' condition, it can still possibly be covered by the VIZIO manufacture warranty.     This TV freezes multiple times a week. I bought a Vizio 8-9 years ago and loved it. I went to replace it with this one and I am beyond frustrated. Next time I buy a TV it will not be a Vizio.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on.     Considering it’s price point this is a good tv but it could be better compared to the competition. The tv is easy to set up and mostly bezeless with only a slight bezel on the bottom. It has plenty of HDMI ports and the VRR works well. The colors and blacks are pretty good for the price as well. The one issue I have with the phone is the 60hz native panel which considering other TVs in the price range I would say a 120hz panel could of been done.

    I have a Small (32"), "New" Medium (58") and Large (70") Vizio TV – all were easy to set up, feature a modern design and showcase spectacular color – they're everything you're looking for in a TV! Then again, a great Sound Bar would be a nice addition – Vizio makes them too!
