Tv start failing in less than a year, black screens for a few seconds then image again, then a few vertical lines that w e thought were provoked by the input signal, now is even worse more and more vertical lines. in less than 2 years all this happened. probably last time I buy Vizio.

Tv has issues changing to Dolby vision at times when playing Xbox. Might be an Xbox problem though. Other than this, sound quality and picture is great.

It is very easy to use. I love being able to use voice. And so much to watch. Color is great.

This vizio has decent pictures quality especially for the price. We ended up returning the tv and purchasing a bigger one.

This TV didn't even last 2 years before the screen split horizontally about 3/4 the way up. The bottom is completely blacked out and the top quarter is horribly distorted. I'm currently exploring options for repair because the vizio warranty expires after one year. I'm disgusted such an expensive TV can fail without anything causing it too. There was no power outage, no lightening, It's plugged into a surge protector, and yet in the middle of streaming a show it just went kaput. I tried trurning it off then unplugging it for a few minutes but it booted back up with the exact same problem. I'm never buying Vizio again.

VIZIO is the best Smart TV on the market and at this price that was just a bonus. I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. He was thrilled. We are very pleased with it. Just keep in mind that even though it is a 4K UHD, it is still a LED TV. Be sure to due your research to know the perks of the Class M7 verses the other VIZIO Class TV's offered by VIZIO. One thing is for sure...if you are looking for a Smart TV, I would not recommend looking any farther than a VIZIO!

Love the Tv just don’t put on a Best Buy Credit Card! Bought it and a week later went on sale for $100 less so I did like I usually do and called the number I was given and after 30 min was told the price match went through and would reflect on my balance only to find out after I got my bill the match was denied! I’m going to pay the card off and close it down and probably my last purchase at Best Buy. I was on the phone for literally an hour got transferred 8 times and talked to only 2 people I could actually understand to find out what happened to my credit!? I do like the Tv but I’m done!

Picked this up Black Friday weekend and was going to wait until Christmas to setup. Ended up not waiting. Replaced a slightly smaller Vizio model "V" series in the Livingroom with this "M" series and put the "V" series in the garage/game room. Love it so far. Clean picture and connected well with my sound bar. As with most tvs a sound bar just makes it better.

Nice tv for price. Will see how long it will last. Bought sound bar, but volume of tv was good enough compared to tvs in the past.

Very happy with the purchase. It was packed very well and fits perfectly in my entertainment center. Actually I may have been able to squeeze in a 60”. Can’t complain about the colors or sound. Regular tv is very loud at volume 20 but everything through the internet needs 40-50. I’m not that much of a sound enthusiast to get a sound bar, it’s plenty good for me.

Got a good price on this. Picture is the best out of the 3 Vizio TVs I currently own. Very bright.

TV has a great picture, and sound is good to boot. I wish it was a 120 Hz display, but it’s no big deal.

Great tv but not fully compatible with ps5. The ps5 sleep/wake up feature does not control this tv

Good sound quality and UI. Nice and easy to use and your able to cast via android or apple.

I've bought many vizio tvs over the years. The picture quality and longevity is next to none. Very happy withvmy purchase.

great TV for price, easy set up, strong picture and overall ease of use

I use this TV in an outside covered lanai. I bought a Vizio TV because my last TV was a Vizio and it lasted longer outside than the other name brand TV I had outside. This new TV has a great picture and very good sound quality. The TV is mounted to a concrete wall. The purchase and installation process through Best and the Geek squad went very smooth.

I love this TV. I have both a PS5 and Xbox Series X attached and they both look amazing on the screen. It doesn't do 120 fps, but I'm happier with 60 fps with a 4K resolution. The TV uses local dimming so blacks really look black. With HDR games can look really amazing. I've also got an Apple TV 4K hooked to this and movies look great too.

Vizio is finally stepping it up. I’ve owned Vizios for years and recently tried LG but was extremely unhappy when I switched. Went back to Vizio and I absolutely love this TV. The quality is A1. Sound and picture is clear. Voices don’t overpower background noises vice versa. The LG I tried had an issue where background noise overpowered voices.
