To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). It's okay...you get what you pay for?

Sometimes the DOLBY VISION icon appears and causes the TV to flash over and over...the colors aren't as rich and vibrant as Samsung, but it does the trick.

They were very knowledgible and helpful. Only thing that confuses me now is I should have gotten an owner's manual, which I did not get. All I have is a product information booklet. I really wish I had one to this tv. Staff were awesom.

Decent tv for the price

Has features that some of the more expensive tvs don't offer (full array backlight). Mine had pixel issue (certain pixels were bright green all the time) once I noticed it I couldn't un-notice it.

Glitched White Screen

I wish I would have….. Purchased our first Vizio over 10 years ago and NEVER had any problems in-fact we are still using it. Wanted to up grade, decided on this TV because of our first TV. So many times I wanted to return THIS TV…….. Had an issue with the volume. When trying to increase the sound it would either not work at all OR increase to full blast on its own OR it would work just fine.

I guess you get what you pay for. The sound is bad, like your in a tin can, so plan on getting a sound bar for sure. I find the colors very dull looking overall regardless of the settings I've tried and and from the side the tv picture is light and faded unless you are sitting directly in front of the TV. I've always owned Samsung in the past and loved the deep rich color and solid sound, so I guess I made a bad choice overall. Not sure of return policy but I may take it back and upgrade for a bit more money.

Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos.
