    The tv was a great price and size but not worth the headache. The second week the remote would not work to turn up the volume and kept getting a static screen. Best buy was awesome and took it back but I do not recommend this brand.

    lousy image quality, software, technical service. If you have the opportunity to go for another brand based on price, do it. It is useless to have a television of so many inches and that it is time like a TV from the 80s

    Vizio should be able to make a better tv. Very basic and it shows.

    My smart tv is smarter than me!!! Def..shoulda had my BBYTTS SET IT UP! Although I don’t known why I pay so much money for them , devices, software, anti virus, Microsoft family, 2year apple care,…. THEY ARE PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS, SUPER RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! Not only that but will literally lie to your face as well as change the terms of their service as it suites them…IF THEY DONT WANNA WORKTHEYWILL TELL YOU YOUR BRAND NEW LAPTOP (from Best Buy) not even a month told me my laptop is screwed and “WORTHLESS” cuz they can’t fix it…. Without further explaintion. Or even a solution….BUT GREAT T.V… DONT BUY ANYTHING EXTRA, as they won’t honor it… For 6 years I’ve been the loyal customer just to watch them further decline year after year..I’m OVER IT!!!! AMAZON HERE WE COME

    Westinghouse tv works like it's expected from Westinghouse that's why I wanted anything one but that didn't happen.

      Hello Timbo, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos.     I bought this TV and noticed when they brought it to the car one of the box straps was missing . when I opened it I noticed a scrape on the bezel of the screen . I tried it out anyway , the tv picture was not great and adjusting did little to fix it . then it would not come on sometimes until it was unplugged and plugged back in . other times the audio would be faster than video even connected to cable . the worst part was when I went to return it they acted like it was working home and try it again . I went to costco and bought a TV got a 3 year warranty included and 90 day return if needed .best buy has fallen off in customer service . I bought a 65 inch samsung paid around 100$ more and am happy so far .

    Sound started going out within a month. Would turn tv on and there would be no sound. Would have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to come on. Was able to get the tv replaced but found out this model has this issue.

    The worst tv I ever had , I’m having problems on the volume , tv shutting down by them self, les the 45 days and I can’t return... well fell like Waste my money for nothing gotta buy another tv :(
