Within 3 months of purchase and installation, TV doesn't display a picture. Cycles through colors red, green, blue and white. Must turn off and on 5-10 times before you can get a picture. Had professional installation by Geek Squad, but Best Buy can't provide any support for this problem. Vizio is unable to resolve and has no TVs to sell. So my recommendation is never to purchase a VIZIO TV. Total Tech support package actually doesn't stand behind installations, just told me to call the manufacturer.

TV worked well for 14 months- right after the warranty was up the TV began showing white/yellow/purple along the bottom half of the TV. I called the company and their advice was to buy a new Tv and it was a common issue. This TV was never moved from the day I purchased it as a gift. The picture quality is awful now and my only option is to buy a brand new TV?! Clearly will never be buying another Vizio ever again.

Garbage for sure, paid $400 for it. Unfortunately Bestbuy allows garbage products to hit their stores and sell/pass it to customers. will never go back to Bestbuy or Vizio brand, unacepptable that in over a year no one wants to help after taking your hard earned money.
