Maybe it's the one I received but this is the worst tv I have ever owned. I can't believe Best Buy sold this to me. I tried adjusting the setting and still no good results. I bought a 4k Blu-ray and the picture is horrible. I understand it's a budget tv but it should have a better picture and sound then my 10 year old 720 plasma tv. The sound is blotchy and goes in and out and from loud to quiet.

Remote is missing, no where to be found and quick install instructions say “remote with Batteries” is included. Called Best Buy five times, go through automated system and then hold for 15-20 minutes. No one answers the phone, ever! Customer service is in the tank!

Horrible TV

From the start this tv constantly had problems, constantly resetting the tv because of audio issues, not picking up HDMI connections, freezing, etc. After owning the tv for a year, the hardware malfunctioned.

Dead pixel magnet

I bought two of these TVs when they were on sale, brand new. Both of them lasted about 9 months when the entire bottom 10% of the screen had dead pixels which progressively makes it’s way across the entire screen

The TV was delivered on 2.24.21. Not even 2 years old and it has lines going through the bottom half of the tv. This TV is mounted, has not been touched or moved since it was mounted. Disappointed. Expected it to last at least 5 years.

The blue was purple in the picture

I’ve always had Samsung’s and Sony’s but wanted to try something different. We had it for 2 days to see if the picture would get better but the purple was only getting worse. The blue in the picture was purple and extremely frustrating.

Internet connect is junk

Every couple minutes while watching message pops up looking for WiFi signal. I don’t want to connect to internet. I just want watch the tv as display. And you can’t turn the internet feature off. I don’t have the box but I still may take it back it’s drive us mad.

Do not buy a vizio

There's a stripe across the bottom of the tv that flickers that ruined the tv. And not from over use since its in the basement and rarely gets turned on. Never again will i buy a vizio

Display Issues

I was having display issues with horizontal lines flickering on the display and I tried all their fixes and nothing helped. Poor quality. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
