Sound goes out after 6 months.

The sound is also delayed from the movement in the show is like watchibg a foreign film but worse. I wouldn't buy this again i would spend more money for something better.

The sound on this tv is HORRIBLE!! The day I took this tv out the box is the day I started having sound issues with it. Currently don’t have any sound and tv keeps freezing. It’s been arpund 8 months and I haven’t been able to reach anyone to get the issue fixed.

TV is TRASH

Then I went to plug in my PS4 to an HDMI. Black screen with audio in and out every 2 seconds. Tried the other 2 HDMI ports, same thing... Returned and got an LG... Anytime I buy BRAND NEW electronics for hundreds of dollars I expect it to at least work... Got an LG instead.

Didn’t last long

Backlight works and gets sound, but no picture at all (black screen). Tried every force reset found on the internet with no luck. Will most likely have to throw it out and buy a new TV.

Blurry is a kind word to use when explaining this TV"s picture quality. Best Buy makes it difficult for me to return it. I can not bring it back to the store, I'm 76 and disabled with no means of transportation.

Returning after less than 24hrs

It was delivered yesterday and I am already making plans to return it. TV just turns off while watching it (Google it; it’s a thing). Has happened 3 times in the last hour. I should not have to troubleshoot a tv that I have owned less than 24 hours. Definitely not worth it.

It is being replaced under Vizio warranty. If this is a sign of things to come though, and I should expect the tv to need replacing within 4 years from now because it goes out, then I am going to be extremely disappointed and upset.

Very disappointed

I spent hours trying to get it to work. My 10 year old Vizio in the bedroom is still working like a boss. Glad there's a 15 day return period. I'm returning on day 15. Super disappointed.

Don’t buy!!

Started with lines on the left side of the screen and now there’s fog-like shadows all over. The gaming engine is nothing special either. Total waste of money and already need a new tv!

software bugs/Vizio isn't paying me to fix

After a phone call, it was fixed and I thought I would be happy. Then the watch free stopped working. After some online research, I was able to fix that but then the sound became uncontrollable again. I returned the garbage.

Audio drops out or there is a obvious lag of several seconds. Requires often reboots which has to be completed through the system settings.

Bad investment

TV is ok, firmware breaks A LOT

I need to reboot my TV daily or sound just won't work - that takes 3-4 minutes to do. It does get Airplay and Chrome cast sharing, so that's the only good thing.

Do not buy

It constantly shuts off, sometimes it just won’t come on. Randomly flips between inputs for no reason. This was my first vizio purchase and will definitely be the last.
