    I thought i buy new tv but it was not couse i have to call vizio to come and to fix the tv

    This is a really great TV. I love Vizio. Great quality. I love that they have their own set of channels that you can watch. The smart tv option is awesome. Color is great! Loved the remote - had Netflix, Hulu and Disney buttons on it. I've had it 4 years now.

    Sometimes doesn’t turn on, and it freezes up a lot

      Hello FD30, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically when a TV freezes up or does not seem to power on, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After that 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.
