I purchased this product from the time I got it home the picture was not super crisp. I was told that the picture issue was because my cable providers service was not in hd. This was okay with me because I was close to my contract's end date. When my contract ended I changed providers purchased the hd package, the picture quality did not change. I now have a shabby picture and a new contract for cable service with a higher priced package than what I was used to pain and it still did not improve Dan before the 2-year mark for the contract and on my cable service the TV goes out black screen with sound but no picture I work 12hr shifts and go to school I am able to watch sports on the weekend so the t.v. did not have many play hours. I call vizio and was told to trash the t.v. it's not worth fixing. The price of part and labor I could just buy a new t.v. I can't think of anyone that want to pay out close to a grand for a t.v. ever 2 years. Buyer beware.

I had this TV for two years and the backlight started going out in different quadrants. I had the insurance on it from Best Buy and thankfully they replaced the TV with a newer model but I would recommend staying away from this model.

The TV had an ok picture and we got a decent size fore the price. The Vizio App Store is slow and cumbersome. Got 3 years before the screen went out-won’t be purchasing a Vizio in the future.

We bought a Vizio 60" E60-C3. Certain sections of the display became dark and now there is a dark band that runs across the display. The Tv began failing a week outside of their warranty, and Vizio won't stand behind their product to cover something just a week out of warranty. A IT/Service guy came to look at it and informed me to stay away from Vizio TVs. Quality of parts is poor quality and customer service is non existent. I agree. DO NOT PURCHASE VIZIO TVs

bought this for my conference room. The vizio smart features are fairly responsive and works without a hitch. the tv's picture is great, and the sound is acceptable for a conference room (lacking for home theater or tv room in my opinion). it is light and easy to mount as well. overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Got the TV and a warranty, but right after the warranty was up the TV began to get dark black lines through the top left until it made it's way all down the left side of the TV. I have always had great VIZIO TVs but this particular one Was disappointing knowing we always buy from best buy wish they could had fixed it for us . Started looking up reviews about this same one and everyone seemed to have that same problem.

Returned a recent 4K TV due to input lag with gaming. This model Vizio had great reviews on sites that measure game lag. Picture is really nice. Easy remote. Overall I'm very pleased with this TV

    great Tv for HD movies/channels

my first BIG screen purchase. first off, let me say that the 1080p is misleading. I don't have HD channels through my satellite provider and when watching satellite channels the T.V broadcast in 480i, in turn causes some pixelation. when watching Netflix and/or Blu-ray the T.V broadcast in 1080p and the picture quality is outstanding! the process of setting the T.V up are really simple. plenty of HMI hookups, USB ports and such. no sound issues at all, normally watch the T.V with the volume level set on 20 to 25, good quality sound for stock speakers. very happy with my purchase and would buy another if it comes a time to upgrade the other T.V

One of the best price vs performance TVs out there

Debated on going 4k but decided to wait for more content and lower TV prices in the pipeline. Wanted the best price vs performance 1080pTV that would fill the gap. Research indicated that the Vizio E series fit the bill and it proved well founded. Wall mounted and routed cables inside the wall. WiFi and basic setup was easy and fast. Only 2 minor issues that are easily overcome: 1.) Used HDMI ARC to pair with the Vizio 54" sound bar. Initially could not get sound from cable or Xbox One despite verifying connections, CEC was turned on the TV, etc... Luckily I ran several HDMI cables in the wall and one was a 4k certified gold plated connector HDMI cable. I switched out the original cable to the higher quality one (from TV ARC HDMI to sound bar ARC) - scanned for devices again and the sound bar appeared and began to work. Lesson learned - cable quality does indeed matter with ARC pairing. 2.) Minor quibble that certainly isn't Vizio's issue. I used the Plex free app on a Roku box to stream from my Plex server. In the process of minimizing clutter, I wanted to remove the Roku from the equation. Vizio does have a Plex app but it's only usable if you purchase Plex Pass. I've long been on the fence but now it seems I wlll subscribe. I've used their product for years anyway and it's fantastic - so it's time I support their efforts anyway. I highly recommend Vizio products if you are looking for the best value and performance without breaking the bank. This coming from a Sony and Samsung loyalist. This 60" E series actually replaced an older Sony 42" non-Smart model that gave us many years of excellent service. The colors are vibrant and no shadows or ghosting so far from cable, Blu Ray, or video games. The speakers are a bit tinny for my taste (most TV speakers are this way to me) thus the addition of the sound bar. So far, the entire family is pleased with the purchase.

I bought this $800 piece of junk with no warranty. And of course it went to cr@* within a year and a half. I will never buy another vizio again. I'd rather buy a Hisense, or a JVC. I say this because my JVC 42' LCD TV is going 10 years strong with no issues. And my other two Hisense are going strong as well.

Please do not spend your money on Vizio, put up the extra cash and by a Quality TV. My TV that isn’t used much only lasted 2 years and the backlight went on it. Vizio customer service just tried to get you to buy a new product

I bought this television last night and got a great deal too! It was $100 and came to less than $780 with tax. The sales rep told me it would be easy to set up and it was. From the time we plugged it in to the time we were connected to internet and to our DirecTv was less than three minutes, that's not a joke. The picture quality is great, although the color had to be tweaked just a little but that was a super quick and easy fix. I'm very pleased with this TV!
