Had 2 Vizio E-60 series fail in the last 3 years. One developed verticle lines and the other developed horizontal lines. They are essentially disposable products. Would not recommend to anyone.

Visio TV will fail on you in less than 2 years

We bought a 60" Visio Smart TV back in December 2013 and thought we had something special until today when the screen went black and we then learned from countless other reviews that we were not alone. Unless you want a TV that will last less than 2 years, I would not ever consider buying a Visio.

Was good for first 2 years

When we purchased the TV 2 years ago it was perfect. Everything was great, sound, price, picture, it was the best thing. After 2 years we started to notice a black strip on the one side. After about a month, half of the TV was black. Tried all the trouble shooting Vizio recommended and nothing worked. Now we are in search of a new TV that is NOT a vizio. First and last time I will purchase a vizio product.

The color on this TV was never quite as good as my Sony Bravia and now the TV has a bunch of dark areas on the screen. Won't buy Vizio again.

Do not buy the Vizio EC60...in fact, I will never buy a vizio again...Got the TV and a warranty, but right after the warranty was up the TV began to get dark black lines through the top left until it made it's way all down the left side of the TV. Spent much on this TV now have to trash it

Had good luck with a 36" and 32" LCD Vizio. Kept with them instead of Samsung for a 60" which died 14 months after purchase and Vizio won't support , fix, or even send parts. What a waste of money.
