    We really like the tv, didn't give 5 stars because the sound isn't the greatest. Have to really turn up the volume, may need surround sound only because it doesn't reach out that far.

    I have done a bunch of research before I purchased thi's product and feel this display was the best bang for the buck, wish it had tv tuner but will have to pick one up if use antennae.

    Very happy with the choice we made on this Vizio product a few months back. Lost it in the hurricane. Now saving so we can replace it. Will definitely purchase again when able.

    Great TV but started damaging already and it hasn't been a month. Vizio customer service been great. They will replace my TV. Which is a great thing. Thank you Vizio.

    I have been a long time loyal Samsung buyer, but I needed two large more inexpensive TVs. These are great. They are actually 120htz refresh rate without overclocking.

    I just love everything about it! This TV was perfect for my first fight party and I fell in love. Beautiful vibrant colors and the perfect apps. You can't go wrong....

    I was a little shocked to realize you must download the app to essentially run everything on the tv but it is really cool as long as you have a good internet connection

    This is a great TV. The salesman should have told us about the speed needed to watch this TV in 4k. You must have atleast a 25meg download speed for 4k UHD

    Biggest drawback is I don’t feel the motion is as smooth as other 4K TVs. But overall good picture and easy to navigate.

    Awesome tv for the money. The ChromeCast works better than my stand alone ChromeCast probably because you can connect direct to your modem instead of using wifi.

    Got this TV because we have Vizio 75" that we love. The casting application is glitchy and we have lost control of the volume several times where the volume increases up to 100 and you can't turn it down with either a smartphone or the Vizio remote. I had to pull the plug out to keep from having our neighbors call the cops. Also, the remote doesn't have a rewind button, nor does Netflix app when casting. We also can't get our amazon fire stick to work in any of the ports (which are not labeled in the owner's manual). I would think that the TV input would recognize that a USB device is plugged in, but we have searched all inputs and all read no signal. We have also had trouble with both iphones and Samsung. We loose connection from the apps to the TV (i.e. cast icon disappears) and then the phone has to be re-paired or is asking for WiFi code (again and again). Finally, what do you do if you cast off of Netflix on a phone and then leave, how do you rewind and fast forward with the terrible Vizio remote?

Based on feedback provided by customers like you, we’ve recently released an update for VIZIO SmartCast Home Theater Displays that adds onscreen access to all of the settings. This new software update is rolling out to most VIZIO SmartCast displays and will be downloaded automatically. To navigate the new onscreen setting menu, use any VIZIO television remote with a menu button. For your Fire stick you would need to make sure that you are plugging it into an HDMI port. The USB on this display is intended for updates and store demo content. To cast content to the display you don't need to pair your smart phone or tablet with the display, they just need to be connected to the same network. You also do not need to cast through the SmartCast Mobile application. The SmartCast Mobile application is primarily a remote that allows you to some content through content partners. You can also open any other Cast capable application, such as Netflix, directly from those applications. If you need any assistance at all please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
